I Scored

So you know how I said I wanted a baby carrier for Faith to wear her dolls? I did even better and it was FREE and it's all basically brand new. The mom bought it for Christmas for her 8 yo and the 8 yo has decided she is NOT going to play with dolls anymore. So the mom gave it all to us. She works with DH and we cannot thank her enough. Now I don't know what to get her, but it's not going to be much

So she has a stick on high chair, baby PnP with changing area, carrier, bouncer, blanket, a couple of diapers, bibs, etc. It's amazing how God gives me what I need when I need it.

Hooray!! That was so nice of her Smile

Maybe you could find some clothes that would fit baby?

I was thinking that and a couple of pairs of shoes since she will need them. Now the money I was going to spend on her I can divide between Dakota and Eli. What a relief!

How big is the doll? Me and my sister were given some baby clothes by my mom's friend who had triplets, and some of the clothes are preemie sized, which my giant baby never wore, and Paige was too big for too. I'm sure I still have some of them downstairs, and Brenda might have some lying around.

I just measure the doll in the pic and it is a 13" doll, 10" around, and 9" from shoulder to feet. I don't think the preemie clothes will fit will they? It's smaller than a cabbage patch kid which I know fits preemie size clothes. That is too sweet for the to think of that.

Hmmm, yeah it sounds too small for preemie clothes, but when I put my cake pans back downstairs next week, I'll have a look. I really don't know why I still have them here haha.

I'm not giving it to her until her birthday in a couple weeks. I was going to buy something like this but now I don't have to.
