Is anyone else experiencing severe headaches? I had one or two before but now they're coming nearly everyday.
Yes. I think it's a mix between a lack of Motrin in my life and dehydration.
i have noticed if I have a headache and drink lots of water it helps right away. just start chugging water. I think the baby is taking most of the water in my body cuz i'm craving it and i also have dry skin which isn't normal for me.
Yup for the past day or two I kind of live with a headache. It's not excruciating like the migraines I get so I can live with it. How many weeks are you?
i have taken tylenol 2 times since i found out.. are we not supposed to do that?
Gina you can take Tylenol ... At least my doctor tells me I can I have taken it once with this bean for a headache that would not stop.
oh good thank you! i try not to take it but I can't help it sometimes when it's really bad.
If I remember correctly, tylenol is a go, aspirin is a no go.
I have a headache, but I think it would go away if I could get some SLEEP.
Crystal sorry about your headaches.....I can relate on having them while being pregnant...unfortunately, I kept them from 7wks to 23 weeks...my doctor prescribes some medicine( it was safe for me to take) for me around 14/15 weeks...she told me to take on pill with a little bit of caffeine or 1 Tylenol with a little bit of caffeine.... it helps to relax the blood vessel/ nerves in your head faster....I still do it until this day but with other pain relievers and I also told my family and friends that the to do it and they tell me all the time how much it helps......but if it persist speak with your doctor..
I am not, but sometime I get killer migranes (I believe allergies brings them on). For sure try the water & some caffine (dark chocolate) if it will work for you it works pretyy quick & imo equal to otc pain relieves.
I know tylenol is approved in pregnancy & Ibuprophin is a no-no (which is the only medicine otc I found to help with bad headaches I think because of the anti-inflamitory proprties. Which is the same reason it is somehow bad when pg.
Thanks ladies, I am taking tylenol when absolutely necessary I'll try it with some caffeine next time though!
I'm 8 weeks and I had them with DD but not until the 2nd trimester.
