Ultrasound!

After dh lost his job, I canceled the gender scan we had scheduled for 11/20. It was $60 that could be better spent elsewhere. Since we had planned for the scan to be made available online for my father watch remotely, I let him know as soon as I made the cancelation.

Turns out my dad really wanted to see, so he told me to reschedule and to call him so he could pay over the phone.

The scan was today. Unfortunately, the recording equipment didn't work, so we're going again this evening to redo the scan--assuming they have the equipment back online by then. No extra charge. And they're not even charging us for the recording part of it!

We got to see 2D and 3D--which I've always wanted to do. And since the place we went only does keepsake scans (looking, gender determination, no measurements), they use a VERY hi-def machine. Very cool.

Anyway, the verdict is that we are on Team Blue...again. I'm not sure I'm ready for THREE boys, but I know it will be fun Biggrin

I did get some pics, but I've never been able to get this site to cooperate with me. I'll put a few of them up on my blog and post the link. Smile

That was so awesome of your dad! 3 boys can be fun. I won't lie though, it's very, um...interesting on some days. Wink We've decided last night that DS3 is our biggest trouble maker. It's both good and bad- he's such a brute that we doubt we'll ever have to worry about anyone ever pushing him around ;), but it means he plays rough. He's also so curious that he's going to learn a lot in life but he's going to get himself into trouble along the way. LOL

Yup.

This baby is much lower key in the womb than my other two were. With my other two boys, how they were on the "inside" was a pretty good indicator of their temperament "outside," so I have hope. Biggrin

Mine were the same way so I think I'm in trouble lol. This one is just as active in the womb as DS3 was so I'm expecting a very similar little guy. Wink

Oh well. The dvd drive on this computer is dead, so I'm not posting pics anywhere. Sigh...
