Gyrobike

My mom gave Cole a balance bike this year for his birthday (a bike without any pedals) so he could learn to ride a two-wheeler. He hasn't taken to it yet, but hopefully during the summer we can give him time to learn.

Anyway, a friend posted about something called "Gyrobike" which is yet another alternative to training wheels. Her daughter is about 6 but has had balance problems and this nifty wheel helped her learn to ride without training wheels.

Wow... that's really cool. Where would you get one of those?

I'm sure you'd have to order it online right now. My friend lives up in the Yukon, so I'm sure she didn't get it from a store. But, like the balance bikes, it's just a matter of time before these gyrobikes are popping up all over the place.
