I think it can but I've only had one...she was thought to be engaged at delivery but kept changing positions.

I'm not sure. That's a good question. Like Rebecca, I've only had one... well one pregnancy where a kid had a head engaged for more then 6 minutes! Addison was backwards (face up) the whole time.

Yes!

Get all on fours and rock. Put your head below your hips to help her "float" back out. The biggest factor is how much fluid you have-- so make sure you are really really hydrated.

Depending how flexible you are, you can also put your hand up there and kind of "push" her gently up--but that is harder to do. Your best bet is go swimming and do handstands or rock on all fours with your head down and your booty up in the air.....then she can settle into a better position. GL!

I was hoping you would get on here Audra! I instantly thought of you when Anne asked this question!

I did a ton of all fours Audra....the next day for the u/s she was now facing to the right instead of the left!! I actually felt her flip while I was arched over, it was so bizarre! Like a major legs/arms/body really quickly and not gracefully getting out of a tight spot lol now I just need her face down!

Yahoo! As you prepare for birth the best things you can do is squat and rock on all fours.

Whatever you do, don't lay around on your back or put your feet up-- that is nearly the worst thing that you can do.
