Are your little ones taking them?
Emily takes them when I remember..lol. now that its fall I need to start remembering more! I just buy the princess gummie ones!
The girls used to use the ones prescribed from the doc that also has flouride in them since we have a well. But I haven't given them to them in a long time. Oops! I should see if I can find something over the counter that they might like. The ones we used were liquid for babies, smells GROSS but they LOVE it.
Yes, Kaylin takes the Flinstone's vitamins!
Mostly in the wintertime for vitamin D, but not as consistently since we moved to Chile and the weather is like S. California...
Now I'm a little leery to be honest, since the news in the headlines in the past few days showing that those (adults) who take vitamins have a LOWER life expectancy than those who don't! Yikes!
I'm more inclined to give them though, to our picky eater Kieren... who doesn't eat most veggies but does eat fruit well. He gets them more than Mimi, but really.. we're talking once every 2 weeks or so.
Grady never gets them... but in the winter I did give him the Divisol for babies on occasion.
Nope. I don't give them vitamins. My doctor says they're unnecessary. (& there's a big debate about this in the medical community anyway).
Funny you should ask. I just started Sam on Flintstones. My pedi hasn't said anything about them, but I thought it would be a good back up for those days he doesn't get well rounded meals.
We do a prescription one with Fluoride because we have a well. Most days she gets them
Nope...not really. Once in a while my parents will buy the kids those gummy vitamins from Costco-- and then they want to take them. But we never buy them-- I really don't see the point of them to be honest.....
We don't. Not bc I've researched it extensively, but it seems like a waste of money IMO and I'm lazy and cheap. We eat well-balanced meals and lots of fresh fruits and veggies.....

Some of the comments are interesting too.
There is a debate on this topic over at the debate board - interesting to see everyones opinions on both sides (taking and not).
