Teething

Over the past two weeks I've noticed what seems like teething in my 11 week old DD. Anyone else notice teething? My two other DD's had teeth by 4 months old.

Me either - DD didn't get her first tooth until she was 9.5 months and DS1 didn't have his first one until he was 6.5 months.

You ladies are so luck. Kassie is cutting two lower teeth. She's been a fussy butt lately too. Sad

i dunno. what are the signs for teething? she's eating her hands and drooling like mad, but i haven't noticed an apparent change in her personality (other than the nasty growth spurt we just ended). what are you noticing that kassie's doing?

Luke has been drooling like crazy too, chomping on his hands and really fussy the past couple of days. DH thinks he's cutting teeth but Gemma didnt cut her first till about 6 months. She did start the teething symptoms really early though. These two are pretty different as well, so who knows.

I read that teething times are heredity. So if you teethed early they will too, if that makes sense. My dad would never remember when I got my first tooth so I will never know!!

drooling and chomping on hands is developmentally normal at this age and not necessarily an indicator of teething. early teethers should start showing signs by 12-14 weeks.

I can see the two teeth starting to bulg up on ther lower gums. Drooling, chomping on everything. I'd def say it's teething. I am pretty experienced with it by now. lmbo. This is my third baby.

i wish i could tell. i don't think Meg is teething yet, but she's certainly drooling like a madwoman.
