Thread: B6

How'd the B6 help??? My dr. office won't prescribe anything until I try the B6 regime. Hopeflly it. helps. threw up yesterday and today.... seems things are getting worse.h

I didn't take it. I got scared.. I have too much to do at work anymore than I can't afford to go home. If I felt like I did last night, I would not have stayed..

Ugh... It can't last forever, right?

I could use a cheer. *blah* I'm still sick every ....single....day...

I have to repeat that to myself also... "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can......" It's gotta calm down soon!

I take 50mg of B6 in the am and then another 50 with lunch. I won't say it's a cure-all but it does seem to curb it a bit, at least for me. GL!

last night i took 50mg of B6 and 1/2 tab of unisom and i slept like i have slept in forever. it was fantastic. I am going to take B6 this morning because i ahave been throwing up on the daily. wish me luck!
