Cooking

I just put some white chicken enchiladas in the oven and it might be a while before I make them again.. The smell of chicken cooking.. Ugh!! It was worse when I opened the carton of chicken broth. They're oh so very yummy too so it makes me sad :( lol

Are you having a hard time cooking too??

Not yet...well not severely. I made chili on Sunday and I was not liking the smell of the beef cooking. And then the whole thing didn't smell that great so I didn't even eat half a bowl. Of course now I have a sinus infection so I can't smell anything :/

I think my issues with cooking started a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time before I got pregnant. :biglaugh:

I'm not the cooker in the family and with working late so much recently, I don't get to smell the smells of family cooking..

I really LOVE to cook lol so it sucks!! But I am feeling better today.. and I don't cook today.. lol leftovers.. so I bet when I cook tomorrow, I'll be having an awful day hah! My luck!

I cook pretty much every night that DH doesn't have school real late. But DH loves red meat and I'm not a big fan of the way it smells during cooking. I am starting to be able to stomach smells a little better recently. I still have horrible m/s and go around gagging all day (which is super fun if you do it around a guy! My guys at work eyeball me when I walk by because they know I have m/s and when I gag it's funny to see them trip over themselves to get out of the way.) but I feel better as a whole. You ladies aren't too far behind me - it gets better! Sort of...

I'm usually the one who does most of the cooking, but for the last week or two, I've just stopped. I can't do it. DH cooked chicken for us yesterday, and like you said... The smell of the chicken cooking was just horrific. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat it, but thankfully I managed.

I love love LOVE that you guys are getting sick to your stomachs at the food smells. This means baby growing is in overdrive!!!! :woohoo: !!!!
