Anyone start exercising yet? What are you doing? How's it going?
I've started the MuTu program by Wendy Powell. It is specifically designed for the post-partum mommy and addresses diastasis recti (tummy muscles that are still separated) which I've had since after DD1was born and never was able to fix on my own. Officially 3 days in and it's going well so far. It seems excessively easy, but I can feel it in my muscles this morning! I'm used to intense exercise so, this very easy, very simple program didn't seem like it would do anything...I'm so surprised I feel a bit sore! It must be working!
