I'm getting antsy...

I know it's still a bit early yet (2w,3d until my EDD), but I am getting so antsy, wondering each day WHEN it will be. Each day, I'm pretty sure today is not the day, but there are days here and there where I'm REALLY crampy, and then there's that question in my mind... Will it be today, or maybe even tomorrow? I tend to have an hour or two in the evenings where I contract a lot, so I always wonder if it's going to pick up. I never had much in the way of contractions with my other two. Aaahhh! This could make a girl crazy. Tick-tock, tick-tock..

:clappy: I had some of those days, too.. never really put much stock into them, though, as I was still pretty early. Lol YAY for being THIS close!! Biggrin

Right? Me too! I posted last week about not knowing if I have contractions or not, but guess what?!?! I DEFINITELY had some yesterday afternoon! And a few of them were hard to talk or walk through so, maybe that means there is some progress going on in there! They weren't regular and they went away once I got DD to bed and could sit down for awhile, but still, I NEVER had that last time. I even noticed a painless contraction once today - I know it sounds silly, but I'm glad because I never have noticed these before. While I would be excited if it were today, I would really like my parents to be here with DD so, will hopefully hang on at least two more days.

Two of my friends IRL that are pregnant have CS dates that they are counting down to...I feel like that must be really different than not having a clue when it might be...I don't know which is better, though..

Oh I am really getting anxious and antsy. I've been having lots of cramping for a while now, lots of BH but nothing significant or that has concerned my doc. I feel like this last month is dragging out way too much. It's like going for a drive to somewhere you've never been so it feels so much longer than the drive home! If I knew when this was happening it would prob fly by!
Having said that, before we know it we'll all have newborns keeping us awake all night and these days will be a distant memory!

My DS1 was a scheduled induction, and to be honest, I'd rather NOT know when it's coming. I barely got a wink of sleep the night before. I was up running scenarios through my mind.. I was so nervous and anxious and excited, I swear my nerves were shot. With DS2, I didn't know before the day of, so I didn't have time to worry and stew over it. I much prefer that!

Adriana, it's almost May.. babies should start making their grand entrance! Hehe.

With Noah, it was a surprise too so I didn't have time to get nervous. Now I'm nervous and thinking of the worst possible scenarios. But I know things will be ok. I am praying anyway Smile

Yaeli, I don't get any sleep now haha.. so it won't bug me.. it'll be better actually. I'll get to nap when he does and not come in to work instead of sitting here like a ZOMBIE!

Nidia - Your post pretty much summed up my life right now. I can't sleep at night because my pelvis hurts. It hurts to move, it hurts to lay still, it hurts to roll over, it hurts to get up and pee (every 10 minutes)... I crave the sweet relief of giving birth, lol. I know I'll have a newborn to take care of... Not to mention a 2-year-old and a nearly-4-year-old. OMG. But at least what sleep I do get will be more comfortable, and like you mentioned... No work. Smile
