    Default Latest happenings...

20 weeks and suddenly... this baby is ALL OVER THE PLACE. Was just wondering when I was going to start feeling regular distinct movement and overnight it's started! Somersaults, pokes, prodding my bladder incessantly.
I'm also feeling lots of growing/stretching pains these last few days. Guess it's all happening
    Oh the joys...

What are your latest symptoms and happenings??

I have been feeling baby a ton lately. Its super exciting. I'm positive that there are times I feel baby move from the outside. It's super exciting. Unfortunately I still get nauseous some days but that's ok. It's getting less and less I think. I am eating too... Food aversion has averted. lol.

Sleep is ok for me.. except when I'm up for the bathroom.. Still going 1-2 times a night.. and that's even if I go right before bed! lol.. The other night we met up with DH's cousins from out of town and I had to stop suring the 30 minute ride home or else I wasn't going to make it. lol.. Silly little man is laying ALL wrong inside me!

I still don't make it through the night without needing to go potty either... and definitely having sleep issues. I keep finding myself on my back in the middle of the night because it is most comfortable but since they recommend not sleeping on your back moving forward I am trying to position myself differently... but I just can't sleep.. I'm never very comfy.

I have 2 pillows that start out under my head but end up standing up against the headboard like I was sitting up in bed. lol.. How does that happen!?!? A blanket is usually what I use for between my legs to support my hips.. it's getting to be a challenge.. and still with a while to go? YIKES!

I have had sleeping troubles this entire pregnancy. Mostly insomnia and night wakings. I just bought a regular body pillow (you know those really long pillows) and that seems to be helping quite a bit. I also sleep best on my back and wake up several times and find myself on my back. I don't know if it is my body saying it is not a good position or if it is my conscience telling me to wake up and turn over. :/

I lay on my back right before I fall asleep (it's the only way I can even GET to the point of falling asleep) and then right before I do, I flip over. I still find myself on my tummy some nights, but mainly supported by my arms and pillows. My tummy isn't a big fan of that position. I like laying on my back before I fall asleep for another reason as well: baby girl gets real active around that time and I can feel everything she's doing laying like that. I know you aren't supposed to lay on your back, but I lay on three pillows so I'm supported and almost sitting up - plus it's only for maybe 10 minutes, before I roll over. However, I get up ATLEAST three times to pee during the night, that's not including the one before bed and the one when I actually get up. So between 830 at night and 330 in the morning (yeah, I work weird hours) I pee 5 times LOL. I don't usually have an issue falling BACK asleep, it's falling asleep the first time that's an issue.

    And I'm a major ***** if I haven't gotten any sleep LOL
