Thread: Little Dude..

.. is causing trouble. Last night I had 12 pretty strong contractions in 1.5 hours. Started back up again this morning around 620.. I've had 8-10 so far which have been quite noticable because I feel them in my lower back. (I'm a back laborer)..

I shot my mom an email this morning (she's my go-to for whining, other than DH ) and let her know if they continued, I'd be calling the Dr.'s office. DH really is clueless.. he's like.. You're not supposed to be having any of that yet, are you?

Yes, dear, I am.. but we have to watch how much and how often. He's cute.

Oh no! I hope they go away. Lots of water lady! Little boy needs some more baking time!

That's how men are hehe. But yes, baby J.. please bake, bake, bake! I agree with Elizabeth, keep drinking lots of water girlie

I got a little busy here at work so I started carrying a sticky pad around with me..

Nothing to really bawk at.. They slowed down since I started downing the water. Maybe that is key!? I'm convinced they are nothing more than irritating BH but they aren't too comfy. I have my first NST tomorrow.. we'll see what they think. But nothing to call the Dr. about.

Glad they seem at least spaced out enough not to cause too much concern. Hope they go away though Keep baking little guy!

oh geez, our little trouble makers would make a nice pair! There are contraction apps if you have smart phone. You just push start and stop and it tracks length and all that. I did that while in the hospital last week when I started having the frequent contractions. I saw them on the monitor, but didn't know how long or far apart they were. I used the app and found out they were only 2 mins apart and 1 minute in length which the nurse confirmed when she came back in. The app can be helpful to show a dr too at your next appt.
I was convinced mine were just BH too, so if they are that frequent again I would still call.

Just seeing this now... Little troublemaker! Hoping it's just BH!! I've def been having them recently too! Not enjoyable!
