    Default Nursing bras

I am really hoping I get to nurse this time but even if I have to pump I will need to get new bras. My boobs just keep shrinking. I had just bought c cups cause the Bs were just slightly too small but I am sure a B would fit now with room to spare. I know they will plump up a little once milk comes in but there is soooo much riot in these bras I can't imagine me plumping up that much. So what are your favorites? I prefer thicker straps but not sports bra types. Or even tanks would be good. Just tell me everything you like.

I will be stalking this thread. i have yet to find the perfect nursing bra for me. With dd i ended up using tank tops under everything but feel i need more support this time. I couldn't STAND any of the regular bras i bought and really want to know what works best.

I found a couple at Motherhood Maternity that were decent. Some that I got there I did NOT like, but there was one that I really liked and wore it the most. It's so hard to tell until you actually ARE nursing! You will definitely fill out when your milk first comes in, then it will even out after the first week or so and your supply regulates. Last time I went shopping for nursing bras around 36 weeks and just made sure they had room enough for me to slide my hand inside the cup, allowing for a bit more growth.

I can't remember what brand my nursing bras are...guess I have to find them soon...but my favorite nursing tanks are the ones from Target. We don't even have them in Canada but I have a few of the tanks. Gilligan & OMalley is the brand:

    Marshall - b. 06.17.13 after 3 cycles of TTC

My favorite are from Motherhood also. They are their basic cotton under wire ones! I just bought 4 when they were having their sale!

I have trouble finding a bra that fits at all. I will just take whatever I can find at this point.

I am normally small breasted but when my milk comes in I expand to about a C. so I think it's better to have more room than not enough. They say to get nursing bras after your baby comes because the breasts do change and you lose some weight agterwards.
I tend to like the nursing tanks with built in bras or the front closure bras. Expecially the incredible by VS!

I'm debating on nursing bras vs nursing tanks. Ugh. I know I'll need nursing bra but wonder what will be better for the hospital stay.

For the hospital I LOVE a simple, soft, sleep nursing bra. I got some at Target that just look like a sports bra - you just stretch one side down under your boob at a time to nurse. They are super comfy and good for ouchie swollen breasts when your milk starts coming in. Not supportive enough for everyday wear out and about (I'd feel too floppy!) but perfect for the hospital and lounging around at home with a brand new baby.
