I LOVE buffalo chicken dip!! I love it with frito scoops.. mmm :) Here's a recipe I've used:

I also like "dog food dip" which is really just a pound of ground beef cooked with some chopped onion.. then you add rotel tomatoes to your liking, normally 2 cans but you can do mild, medium, hot.. etc. Then cube a pound of velveeta and heat through :) It's awesome and I serve it with tortilla chips! I've tried it also with a can of cream of mushroom added in. It's also good, not as thick.
Mmm, I love buffalo chicken dip too. I've only ever had it once ever. My DH made it back when we were engaged. It was so good! I think we used tostitos scoops with it.
Usually around holiday time, someone makes taco dip. I like it too.
Mmm.. Taco dip! This is the recipe I use for that:

I do add a can of refried beans to the bottom, just spread it then do the rest.. it's awesome!!
NOM. I love Spinach Artichoke Dip. With crackers of any kind or on some toasted french bread or by itself (in the rain, on a plane, in a box, with a fox...)

mmmm, I love roasted red pepper dip or hummus with fresh pita bread or cut up vegetables. Hummus I just make in the blender with a can of chick peas, a fresh lemon squeezed, 2 tbsp olive oil, a spoon of tahini (sesame seed paste) and a couple gloves of garlic. The texture's not as good as the store bought one but I don't care.
I also love nachos with all kinds of toppings, salsa, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream (though I use extra thick yogurt), re-fried beans. I don't like store bought re-fried beans though.
French onion dip is good too with plain chips or anything & I love the spinach dip like Mary posted, usually with pumpernickel bread.
This post is making me WAY too hungry.
The spinach artichoke dip sounds yummy :)
Lara, I love hummus too! I love the lemon hummus.. mmm.
