it did! Creating Through Life: Crock-pot Lasagna that's the recipe that I used. It wasn't as good today (though my taste was off today) BUT it was delicious yesterday! I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese

Sounds yummy! LOL, we had McD's last night. I had a looong day. I had to work 8-4, then I had to drive 45 minutes across town for a work meeting at 6. It was short, it was over by 6:30, but then I still had to drive the 45 minutes home and I was NOT cooking. Hahaha. Of course, DH didn't cook either.

My work meeting was actually a job interview of sorts. It's for the exact same job I already have and it's in the exact same company. I'm just trying to get a transfer to a location closer to family, but unfortunately, there's at least one other person who wants the spot.. So we have to do formal interviews (grrrr...). Anyway, wish me luck! I'm not TOO far from family now, like 1.5-2 hours, but this spot would get me like 30-45 minutes away from both my family and DH's, which is about the best it can get for us. We'd be able to live in an area that we love with a school for our kiddos that we love. Just hoping I win! hahahah. The other girl that wants the job actually already works in that district (under the boss that I just met for the first time yesterday), she fills in at that location twice a week already, so I fear she's got a leg up on me, but hopefully he'll realize how awesome I am, hahahah... We'll see.
