    Default Weight Gain...

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends a gain of 25 to 35 pounds throughout pregnancy. Shoot to add three to five pounds during the first trimester and one to two pounds each week after.
Welp.. blew THAT one out of the water!

It's ok! This is the only time in life your allowed to gain weight! I'm sad because I just lost all the baby weight from DS2 and now I have to gain it all back! ughh!
