I never had BP or any health issues with DD.. but this is 10 years later.. I never know what might develop.. I'm no spring chicken anymore.
I love music too, Adriana and I listen to it when I jog. Jogging is my favorite. I wish it didn't get dark so early now because that's exactly my exercise of choice. It's too risky jogging right now. I love in the country so there's not much light.
Can I make you all feel better about how little you have gained so far... I'm up 15 pounds!! I put on about 45 pounds with my last couple pregnancies. Thankfully it does come off by about 6 months pp for me, but I still wouldn't mind gaining just a tad less...
I think for me the key to the weight loss is staying active (notice I did NOT say working out... I don't do that), and breastfeeding. I do know for some women that breastfeeding makes their bodies hold on to more weight though... By staying active I mean taking 5 kids with me for a day at the zoo, or running errands with 5 kids at 3 different stores over the course of a couple hours.
