I hadn't even realized I hadn't popped until I started cramping...and freaked out. Is there anything you eat normally that makes you go? If I drink Apple Juice or Milk I have to go within a few minutes when I'm not pregnant. So I just drink a little bit and it makes me go - even on the Zofran.
Careful!!! When I had to go to the Dr b/c of non-pooing she said Apple juice can have a reverse effect and actually make you NOT go! She suggested other juices such as blueberry (not sure why..)
If you're a coffee person, that can help in some cases! :)

I am going to eat some dried apriocots tomorrow to see if that'll help things move... but honestly when I'm not preggers I normally (TMI) go only every other day or so and I don't get set off by foods unless it's making me sick sick. But I also thought if I don't start again then I will get cranberry juice and I also have fiber gummies. I go in on Friday (ULTRASOUND YAY!) so I can talk to them about it then too. I took less zofran today so maybe that's help for tomorrow...
still haven't really pooed. I had about 18 grams of fiber for dinner though. and then some eariler in the day. I focused my whole dinner on fiber though. Crossing my fingers in hopes tomorrow I will. :)
