Thanks ladies, I tried ringing my Dr on Tuesday afternoon at the peak of the pain, he was busy in OR and Labour and delivery that afternoon. He never called me back yesterday. I am still cramping mildly. Not sure where this leaves us. I guess I wait until next week and see what happens. I could have ovulated and this is a corpus luteum cyst. (Which I had a nasty complex one with DS to the point the first scan (4 weeks 2 days) thought it could have been an ovarian eptopic as their was no sac at that point.)
I hate this waiting game though.

I'm finally in the 2WW again. Had a positive OPK yesterday. It's negative today. My CM isn't fertile today and my temp spiked up to 97.23! I know FF needs two more temp spikes to say that I O'd but I'm counting it lol. We'll see what the next two days bring us

Jodie. I'm so sorry to hear about your pain. Now that we know you have a kidney infection (while they suck big time) it can give you hope again about ovulation. I hope and pray everything smooths out for you hun. Feel better soon. Drink lots of water and pure cranberry juice if you can find it. I get infections a lot (issues with my system) and one horrible glass of pure cranberry juice knocks it out quick.

You can also take cranberry pills. AZO brand. It's also safe during pregnancy.

Forgot about cranberry juice (not that common here, but the tablets are available.). Might get some this morning as I am working in a couple of hours and then again tonight.
