I got to start seeing the doctor every 2 weeks

So my doctor wants me to start seeing her every 2 weeks! Normally she starts this at 28 weeks, but she said I am considered high risk now because of my diabetes and my thyroid problems. Everything looked great. Camden was being stubborn with them when they tried to find the heartbeat. He kept moving on them!! I go back on the 28th to see her again and get a ultrasound!

How is everyone else?

Oh wow - I feel like the time passes so much quicker when you have lots of doctor appointments, so the second half is probably going to fly by for you! At least the doctor is being proactive and watching you closely.

I'm feeling great - plenty of energy most days, sleeping fine (if my other kids allow it) and no major aches and pains at this point. How are you feeling?

I'm glad your dr is on top of it! I'm so glad everything looks great too! There's never a better feeling than hearing all is well. Smile

I'm doing good. My sleep schedule is all off - I can't seem to sleep well at night. I finally figured out how to prevent my heartburn so that's good. Aiden is kicking all over the place. Now it's just a waiting game, it seems.

We're halfway ladies!!! Woot!

I think I start seeing the midwife every 2 weeks starting early February (i'll be about 28-29 weeks I think) I know this sounds silly, but I find it hard to schedule appointments that fit into my schedule. I have to take my son to preschool at 9am and pick him up at 11:30. My youngest naps 1-3 and I hate to mess with that, I also have to pick up my oldest at school at 3:30 (add in a 30 minute walk each way) It's really hard to get something that works, so going every 2 weeks is going to be a challenge. My next appointment is at 4pm, which means I have to drive to pickup my son at school and then bring all 3 kids to the midwife with me! Not looking forward to that one at all. My best time to schedule appointments is the 9:30-11:00 block of time, but DH hates that because it means he doesn't get into work until really late Sigh, I can't win. I will be kind of glad when the baby gets here to not have so many appointments!

Glad your doctor is keeping an eye on you. Sounds like a good idea. It's always kind of exciting to get to that stage in the pregnancy when you go more often...

Feeling pretty good! I was a little tired the last few weeks and they found out my iron is low. So they are putting me on a iron pill. So hopefully that will get fixed and I will feel all the way better again!

I may be in same boat as you since BP is now an issue. Sad I find out tomorrow if I start going every 2 weeks just for cervical lengths too. So it's 2 different appts to add to it. At least they are taking good care of us, right??

Glad you are feeling better! :bighug:
