RQOTD - Tuesday

If you had 1 more room in your home, what would you use it for?

A media/playroom or a bedroom for Ava! We live in a 4 bedroom house now & Ava is sharing a room with us. I need 5 bedrooms plus a bonus room....hoping I'll get that the next go around!

I'm changing my answer. I want a padded cell to lock myself in when I need a break. Smile

Or a basement - I've always thought those were cool. We don't have them here so I have basement envy.

guest room! Funny we changed our formal dinning room into a playroom but I'm not sure we would ever use it for what it's for anyway. It would be so nice to have a room to put mil and fil when they come to visit!

We changed our formal dining room into a play room too. Then I got pregnant and moved DH's media room in there, lost the playroom, lost a guest room and now we just have bedrooms for us and the kids. I need a bigger house!

Yeah, basements are cool. For daddy long legs to hang out in. Don't be jealous, LOL.

Great question!

I would do 1 of 3 things. I would get my bedroom back since I lost it when they basement was destroyed in the hurricane flooding, my FIL took the girls room, the girls took my room and now I'm stuck in the smallest room of the house.

Second thing would be make sure all 3 girls had their own rooms.

The last choice would be a family room off of my kitchen so that I can be in the kitchen and still feel like I'm a part of what's going on in the living room which is on the other side of the house.

Lol! Before we finished ours, it was spider central. I refused to dig around in anything down there, because there were HUGE spiders lurking everywhere. Now that it's finished, I haven't seen a single spider! It's sooo great!

LOL not dark creepy basements, Ashley! Built out basements...it's like having a whole guest house downstairs! They are awesome...I'm jealous too! Except when I go visit my friend who has an awesome basement (in Indiana), it's always freezing cold down there.

I would want a workout/playroom. I would like somewhere to put my elliptical where I could have a TV right in front of it, and add a treadmill for variety. Then the other half of the room can be toys so the kids can play while I exercise. PERFECT!

As of right now--a craft room. I don't do any scrapbooking/card making/sewing because I hate leaving it out everywhere and I hate putting it all away.

I want another guest room! Our new house is 4 bedrooms plus a playroom/loft but we will have one guest room and DH is setting up an office -- that is great but when all the kids come visit, we will be tight.

Either that or a library -- which I would LOVE to have
