Tonight we're taking a second look at a house we saw on Wednesday. I'm going to take tons of pictures to show our parents this weekend. We are really indecisive and I always feel like I need 2nd opinions on things. Ugh. Then we're driving to our home town tonight. We'll be staying with my parents. DH's Mom's benefit is tomorrow, so we'll be there for the set up and most of the benefit. Then we're leaving for the Twin Cities to go to a Twins games with some friends. My parents or DH's parents will watch the boys, we haven't talked to his parents about it yet, but I'm hoping they'll take them so we can sleep in a little on Sunday. lol. On Sunday, my grandma is coming to my parents after church and we're going to grill out for Mother's Day.

My weekend is going to be IN.SANE!

Tomorrow, Swim Lessons at 9:30. Adrienne's birthday is tomorrow so she wants to do an outdoor barbeque and hike at Palomar mountain at noon so we will be there the rest of the day. I have never been there but think its about 1.5 hours away. Then I have some work I need to finish up Saturday night. I don't know if Age is going to want to go to dinner too on Saturday (thats our usual family tradition) since Ash is working and wont make the bbq.

Sunday is moms day of course so me and Z will go to church (with no Sunday school --wish me luck I will be taking a bag like several suggested on the other thread) then the girls want to take Liz and I to the Zoo -- ehh Id rather sleep LOL, Age has another bbq with her hubbys family --we were invited but have other plans! Sunday night DH and I have tickets to Roger Waters (from Pink Floyd) perform The Wall album. Course it starts at 8 pm, its an hour away so we probably wont be in bed before midnight sigh

Then of course Monday morning I have to attend an oral argument with the Court of Appeals at 9:00 -- thankfully I am NOT the one arguing cause I am going to be EXHAUSTED!

You ladies do have some busy weekends!

No swim lessons for us tomorrow; they have a big swim meet at our YMCA so they are cancelled. But our neighborhood pool opens tomorrow so I'm planning on taking the girls swimming. Sunday is DH's birthday and Mother's Day so we'll go to church, out to eat, and who knows what else. Maybe swimming again if the weather is nice.

I am feeling a bit spread too thin at the moment. This weekend we're going down to Napa for a wedding in Sonoma. The boys are staying with MIL, and on Sunday, she's throwing Colby a birthday party for Napa-family.

Next week I have 3 sessions, and then we have another wedding in Napa the following weekend. Not staying the night because DH took an overtime shift on Sunday. Actually glad he did because I do not have the time to stay in Napa another weekend. Then the following weekend is Colby's birthday party/my whole family staying for the weekend. I'm a bit over my head at the moment and just wishing everything runs smoothly. We have a lot of jobs around the house that I wanted to finish before Colby's birthday and I don't think I'm going to get finished with them.

Katie, yes! Post pics here!

Yikes Kristen, you do sound busy. But I can't wait to see pics of his party! Can't believe he's so close to 1! Is he starting to walk? I think we need an update thread on all these new "babies"!

This morning I cleaned a bit at my in-laws. My MIL had surgery earlier this week and is going to be unable to do a lot of that herself for the next few months so I'll be doing it as they ask. Today we're heading to a friend's garage sale, and then we have a playdate with some other friends.

No plans the rest of the weekend, besides seeing each of our mothers on Mother's Day. I need to clean our floors and catch up on laundry.

We haven't got anything going on really this weekend, I've been feeling crappy from some health issues so I'm trying to rest when I can. I'm hoping though to at least get out on Sunday and do something, it's supposed to be nice. Sean's mom is on a cruise so we're bringing her out for Mother's Day when she gets back.

I'm still trying to figure out if our plans will go through. I had a babysitter for this afternoon, so I could help get my dad's cows corralled. We use 4 wheelers to get them out of the pasture. I already canceled my babysitter.

Lyla got the sniffles about 9pm last night, and was up about every hour. She was screaming and uncomfortable, and peed on her bedroom floor TWICE. I had given her benedryl to stop her nose from running, and it really messed with her head. She spiked a fever. She slept until 11:30 this morning, and woke up feeling fine. She has no fever, or runny nose. It was really weird, and I'm think she is fine now.

If she ends up being fine all day, we will do soccer in the morning. Dh will be working cattle. I don't have a babysitter for Cora, so I wil have to have her on the field with us, since it is parent involvement. Then in the afternoon, I will go to a high school graduation party for a girl I babysat when I was in jr high/hs. I feel old.

Sunday we have no plans Smile

Ok, here's the link with some pictures. I'm going to take LOTS of pictures from every angle tonight to show our parents, lol. I almost didn't want to post it because we can't afford much so it's a little embarrassing. Anyway, keep in mind that we would definitely be painting everything, taking down that awful wood panelling, and new carpet. I love that it has 1.5 acres, so we can have the garden and chickens we've always wanted Smile

Katie, you shouldn't be embarassed! I also think it's cute. It looks like it has a good amount of space for your family. I love the woodwork, but agree that it needs some new colors. Wink But, paint is nothing and can really make a huge difference! KUP

Magali, hope Florian is doing well w/traveling!!
