I have 30 lbs to lose to get to my pre- pregnancy weight. Eek!!! I am planning on a half marathon in May and going to WDW that month too. I'd like to lose 20 lbs by then.
I'm going to watch my calorie intake and run 3-4 times a week. I lost baby weight last time by doing this. My body clings to fat for dear life while breastfeeding. I'm not one of those lucky gals who loses just from that.
This holiday season combined with being tired and unmotivated has caused me to GAIN weight. Yuck.
Anyone want to lose with me? Maybe we can do a weekly weigh in to keep ourselves accountable?
