Excuse to be lazy?

Are any of you ladies getting crampy,(not too be confused with RL pains), after mild exertion.
I am moving on Sunday and I have not been pushing myself at all, but I get mild to moderate cramps after maybe half hour-forty five minutes of laundry, packing, carrying my dd from car to store when she is kicking off her shoes, lol.

Is this truly a signal to lie down, or just part and parcel of pregnancy? I don't really remember being crampy last time around. I want to be on the safe side and when I am crampy I do not want to be on my feet.

When I move I may find a small PT job and that may influence my choices.
Do you guys grin and bear the cramps or relax when/if you have them.

Your body is working really hard right now trying to get this little person growing. You are bound to tire more easily.I listen to my body.If I am tired I rest.I figure all the other stuff that needs done will be there when I feel better.I dont think it is being lazy just listening to your body.

Lazy? That's not in my lexicon, what's that?
In my opinion, you are already doing something 24/7-growing a human, so whatever else you decide to do is just extra!

No, really I think our bodies are this tired for a reason. It is time of rapid growth for our babies so our bodies are using the energy for that.

I agree to listen to your body - I also try to remember to DRINK WATER when I feel crampy. I don't know about anyone else but when not prego I drink a glass or two a day but when preg I need it ALL.THE.TIME. I am trying ot stay more active this pregnancy b/c I was super lazy with Evan and got SOOO out of shape....

I have been getting cramps like that also, kind of like a side stitch feeling, when I pick up my kids or when I go to Zumba class. Last Sunday the cramping actually lasted for hours after my Zumba class and it kind of freaked me out, so I have decided to make an effort to really pay attention to my body and take things a bit easier.

yes i've been having cramps too and have been trying to take it easy. i find that alot of it has to do with my water intake. make sure to keep drinking throughout the day. of course that means i pee all the time but it's better than those annoying and worrying cramps!

You guys are right, more water!
Sometimes I have to force myself because it can make me queasy.
