Anyone else exercising still? If so, what are you doing?
I'm probably averaging 3-4 workouts a week - usually 2 swims and 2 walks. Starting prenatal yoga in July!
Last night I walked for about an hour with a backpack ... stopped part way through to get some delicious cherries. Today I am SORE. I'm just not used to being so "wimpy"- especially since I really don't have much of a belly yet. Is this normal?
