Healthy Habits Thread! Come Join Me! :)

hi everyone! i don't have my first appt until next week to check on the little bean but i'm going to remain cautiously optimistic and start my pregnancy diet. no, not a diet - a lifestyle. some of us have children already and some are FTMs. if there is one piece of advice i could have given my then pregnant with #1 self it would have been to EAT HEALTHY! instead, i ate everything in sight (eating for 2, right??) and gained a ton of unnecessary weight. as in, i gained close to 15 lbs in the first tri! and it took me FOREVER to lose the baby weight. actually, last saturday is when i got back to my pre-preggo weight! woot! then on sunday i got a positive pregnancy test. oy.

so, who is with me? who wants to help keep each other in check on making healthy decisions and exercising during this pregnancy?

they say you need about 300 extra calories a day when pregnant. not 3000! which is pretty much what i did! lol!

How are you eating healthy?
What does your typical day look like food-wise?
What is your exercise plan for the day?

How are you eating healthy? i'm trying to stay away from processed foods. i actually gave them up for Lent but after i found out i was pg i cut myself some slack. making alot of homemade soups and spending more time planning my meals.

What does your typical day look like food-wise? hard one to answer now that i have more nausea. but, i've been eating alot of almonds for breakfast with maybe a piece of cheese. soup and a little sandwich for lunch (was making bread but now just buying whole wheat) and for dinner usually a piece of chicken with veggie and a little pasta or rice and beans...things like that

What is your exercise plan for the day? i've been having a tough time exercising the last week or so. managed to get on the elliptical saturday and a little burst on sunday. was supposed to go to kickboxing last night but was pukey and tired. i'm having a sitter come over at 3pm so i can go for a run. hoping to at least just do 3 miles. who knows if i'll even make it that far. maybe just a brisk walk. really trying to move for at least 30 min a few times a week!

I need help and encouagement as I have put on a lot of weight in the last year or so what with an under active thyroid, collitis and having steroids and giving up smoking....so
I'm on board...but will need pushing!!!

But I will start after my Burger King tomorrow if you don't mind because I'm looking forward to it!! Biggrin

How are you eating healthy? We have a lot of veg with our main meal.

What does your typical day look like food-wise? Toast in the morning with either cheese, marmite or jam, sometimes I have eggs and bacon and maple syrup..lol
Lunch may be beans on toast or skipped.
Dinner is normally something home cooked...stew, pie, meat and 3 veg, lots of chicken.

What is your exercise plan for the day? I walk the dog twice and my work involves a lot of walking and stretching and pulling things...although I have to not pull all the cages as they are too heavy to pull as a pregnant lady!

absolutely! eat that burger king! just try to make a wise decision when you're there. like, maybe leave one or two fries on the plate Wink

i have PCOS and insulin resistance so weight is forever an issue with me. that's why i want to really work hard this pregnancy to make wise decisions. of course i will treat myself but that means once a week or so, not everyday!

"they" say you should gain 25-35 lbs if you are a normal weight. i had gained that much and i was only halfway through my pregnancy! i also really think that if i were more fit during pregnancy i would have had a MUCH easier delivery and more importantly, recovery!

I lost 70 pounds last year ( March-October).I Started going to the gym again and working with a trainer in December and lost another 25 pounds. So I plan to continue to go to the gym while pregnant but I think this is a good idea cause I have been slacking on going to the gym.Just not feeling so good and have no motivation.

How are you eating healthy?I am following the diabetic diet plan my ob gave to me in all my previous pregnancys.
What does your typical day look like food-wise?Breakfast-2 starch/breads 1 milk 1 fat- So what that means food wise is a whole wheat bagel 1 tbsp of cream cheese 1/2 banana 6 oz of yogurt

Lunch is 3 bread/starch 2 meat 1 vegatable 1 fruit 1 milk 2 fats- ex. 2 slices whole wheat bread 1 oz tortilla chips 2 oz slice turkey carrot sticks an apple 8 oz skim milk mayo on sandwhich

Dinner is 2 starch/bread 4 meat 2 vagatable 1 fruit 1 fat Ex small dinner roll 1/3 cup brown rice 4oz baked chicken 1 cup cooked carrots 1 apple 2 tsp maragine

afternoon snack is 1 starch/bread- 3/4 oz pretzels

evening snack- 1 starch 1 fruit 1 milk 3 cups hot air popcorn small pear 8 oz skim milk.

What is your exercise plan for the day?
Starting next week I am going to do 30 minutes of cardio M-W-F and light strength training on T-TH I will be taking the weekends off to rest or to make up a day that I miss throughout the week.

My ob says keeping up my original workout plan was ok as long as I keep my heartrate no higher than 160.

How are you eating healthy? I am making and effort to stay away from fast food last pg I ate tons of pizza hut and McDonald's. I had started weight watchers a little before this pg so I'm sure I will get the boot once I share the news but I plan on using a lot of what I learned on portion control

What does your typical day look like food-wise? Today I had some fat free.milk with cereal..usually I like to havr some fruit with it...for lunch I will have a something small dinner I will do prob 4 oz steak some steamed veggies and maybe a baked potato with fat free sour cream and i can't believe its not butter spray..maybe a string cheese snack. I usually havr more fruit and veggies for snacks but its the end of the month so I'm broke status

What is your exercise plan for the day? I went to the gym last night and will go again I have been forcing myself to go 3 times a week As much as I don't wanna go..

that sounds like a really good meal plan! the diabetic diet is what helped me lose weight as well. it's all about making sure you have some protein with some carbs. i'm such a carb person that i could go forever without protein. and then i feel terrible.

good workout plan too!!!

***************

i'm already feeling like skipping my run today. i feel so nauseous. but, i still have 3.5 hours to feel better so i'm hoping that my leftovers from last night's dinner for lunch today may calm my stomach. if anything, i'll take the time to at least go out for a walk and get some fresh air. maybe that will help the pukey feeling??

Wow, you guys are really inspiring me. Smile I also gained a lot of weight with each pregnancy, 50 lbs. with DS1 (lost it all) and 60 lbs. with DS2 (still had 10 lbs. to lose), so I really don't want to gain too much this time.

How are you eating healthy? Trying to eat more vegetables, easy so far since I seem to be craving them.

What does your typical day look like food-wise? Breakfast: toast, lunch: ham sandwich afternoon snack: salami, hummus, fruit, cheese, dinner: pasta, meat, vegetables, nighttime snack: cheese, salami

What is your exercise plan for the day? Haven't exercised for the last week cause it's been raining and I've had a cold. Exercise is really a challenge for me cause my kids resist being taken for walks and going to the childcare at the gym. Sad Going to try and walk or go to the gym 3 times a week though.

I love this idea. I did good with weight gain with last PG then lost it good....but somehow it snuck back on in the last couple years. Starting this PG 25lbs heavier then I did my last. So I too want to keep healthy. Right now though I am so sick I am basically eating carbs and fruit and nuts that is all I can keep down. Hopefully I will be able to get back into reg eating habits soon. And until end of first trimester I have been taking off of working out. So come second trimester I will totally take part in this Wink

well guys i ate a lot more pasta for lunch than i normally would have. but it calmed my stomach so i'm not going to feel too bad about it. looking forward to getting in my run today. well, fine, ok even if it's just a brisk walk that will be nice. i always run around maritime college and all the cadets are used to seeing me running a few days a week. i wonder if they will think it's weird that i'm walking instead of running. lol! then again, they are like 19 year old guys so i'm guessing they won't even notice!

I eat so unhealthy  I really need to make a change! My husband has diabetes and is now on a low cholesterol diet too, so I should follow his example! But I usually just eat processed junk.

Keep these "what I eat" posts coming, you are inspiring me to make better choices!

Hey all! I'm a long-time lurker, happy to be here!

How are you eating healthy?
Pre-pregnancy, I was avoiding sugar, dairy and ALL refined grains. Now, nothing tastes better than Tillamook yogurt and extra sharp cheddar cheese! I'm definitely NOT low-carb, but I'm still not eating loads of dairy or grains. 100% gluten free, 99% organic. What does your typical day look like food-wise?
Breakfast: Yogurt, Fruit, Nuts.
Lunch: Meat, Vegetable, rice or quinoa pasta.
Dinner: Salad, Meat, Vegetable, veggie soup.
Snacks: Macademia nuts, yogurt, corn chips. And sometimes chocolate.

What is your exercise plan for the day?
4 times a week -- 45 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes strength training. Pre-pregnancy, I was a madwoman with the strength training -- now I'm doing lots and lots of reps with baby barbells.

What an awesome idea Nancy!

How are you eating healthy?

Hopefully once this nausea passes I will be able to eat properly again, I am doing a lot of grazing .

What does your typical day look like food-wise?

Breakfast - Toast, yogurt or fruit
Lunch - Sandwich or fruit if my stomach is queasy
Dinner - I try and have a couple serves of vege with meat sometimes pasta.
Snacks - Try and stick to fruit if I can.

What is your exercise plan for the day?
Up until I found out I was pregnant I was religiously sticking to the Jillian 30 day shread along with a walk each day. Now I have dropped the Jillian but have tried sticking with the walk every second day because I just don't have enough energy.

Right after I found out I was pregnant I gained about 6 pounds in weeks 5 and 6. Now I'm in week 8 and I lost four of those pounds for a pregnancy gain of two pounds so far. I attribute this in part to the nausea I've been experiencing and NOTHING sounds good to me.

How are you eating healthy? There are a few foods that sound appetizing to me and they are Campbell's double noodle soup, Hunt's snack pack chocolate pudding made with skim milk, and turkey on whole wheat. I also eat peanutbutter crunch cereal. That pretty much sums up my diet at the moment. Not exactly healthy but its what I can get down.

What does your typical day look like food-wise? See above.

What is your exercise plan for the day? Right now I'm focusing on not throwing up or passing out. Hopefully second trimester will be kinder to me so I can start walking.

With DD, I lost 10 lbs. in the first trimester, and then gained about a pound per week, up until the last month when I ballooned. So far I think I'm doing ok, but I'm going to take it easy on the eating at the end of this pregnancy!
How are you eating healthy? Lots of fruit, cook a lot at home.
What does your typical day look like food-wise? breakfast: oatmeal, cereal, pancakes or bages, plus fruit and OJ, or a smoothie; lunch: our big meal - sometimes meat, rice or pasta, or a casserole with cheese, plus salad and/or other veggies; dinner: leftovers or soup and sandwiches, quesadillas, plus fruit or veggies; morning and afternoon snacks, typically: yogurt, fruit, crackers and almond butter, or a granola bar. I eat a dessert a few times per week. I'm slim and have higher caloric needs than most people, since I'm tall and nursing.
What is your exercise plan for the day? No specific exercise plan, but we walk places when it's nice outside, dance and run around with DD, housework, etc. I've been pretty tired, so the idea of actual exercise is not very appealing.

well ladies, you may get annoyed with me on this board but i'm going to say this alot: You're NOT eating for two! (just realize that i'm really just saying it for ME b/c i seriously could probably eat a house when i get my appetite back!)

i have been having some bathroom issues for the last few weeks. lots of diarrhea. gross. i wanted to go for a run today. my sitter was coming over at 3pm but i was stuck on the bowl from 1-2 so i was afraid to actually run outside and be caught too far away from home. so, i had the sitter take thomas to the playground for 45 min for me. i did the elliptical for 30 min. it was slow but at least i moved for 30 min.

i have no idea what i'm going to make for dinner tonight. maybe i can pull the pregnancy card and have DH pick up something for me. i'll ask him to get us pizza. he can pick up some slices for him and DS and pick up a salad from there for me. sounds healthy but it has tons of mozzarella cheese. hey, i AM pregnant, after all Smile

Great thread!! I have a tendency to eat more than I need to, during my pregnancies. I recently lost 20 pounds and was half way to my goal weight when i got pregnant.
I promise to keep eating healthy, but I can't really excersize. I get SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction) and I can barely walk in third trimester.

omg katy you HAD to ask that today! lol! of course i'm the one that started this thread and our dinner isn't all that healthy today.

we are having fish sticks, rice a roni, and peas and carrots.

i know, not the greatest. but i didn't get a chance to go food shopping and i was too lazy to start making dinner earlier (i have stuff to put in the crockpot but that would require thinking ahead).

BUT, instead of eating like 10 fishsticks like i normally would, i'm having one serving of fish sticks (6 sticks, 230 calories), one serving of rice (like 300 calories, ouch), and fill up on the veggies. also, i'll have to suck down a whole lot of water to make up for all the salt!

i feel like if you have stuff that's not that healthy it's ok as long as you use PORTION CONTROL!!! (or at least that's just what i'm telling myself tonight).

I made stuffed pasta shells ( ricotta cheese) with a salad. Was yummy... for some reason lately, I don't feel full when I eat. It's like the hunger stays on... so I overate yesterday ( and was sick from it) and it almost happened again today. It's weird.

good morning everyone!

what's your healthy habit plan for the day?
how is your weight so far?

what's your healthy habit plan for the day? Grr, I was too lazy to go food shopping yesterday so i HAVE to do it today. it's hard to food shop with a toddler because i always seem to forget what i need, even with a list! i'm planning on oatmeal for breakfast, maybe a grilled cheese for lunch. dinner? hmm...maybe some grilled chicken, veg, and brown rice. not very exciting but it gets the job done.

i have found that oranges have been a good substitute for the evening munchies. i was trying to lose weight before i got pg and i'd eat an orange at night - it's sweet and it takes a long time to eat. i'm going to pick up more of those today for sure. better than the girl scout cookies i'd rather be eating!

how is your weight so far? well i'm only just 5.5 weeks so thankfully no change. by this time last pregnancy i was probably up 1-2 lbs and by the end of my first tri i was up i think 12 lbs! we went to ireland at 8 weeks for thanksgiving and then i spent the whole holiday season eating EVERYTHING!

I would LOVE to join!! This is my last baby, #5, and I hope to make this my healthiest pregnancy yet. I'm on vacation this week and exercising is hard (but I've been doing a TON of walking) and we've been eating out. I'd like to do a modified p90x or my old workout (started p90X when i found out i was pregnant and then before then i did a aerobic toning working for about 8 years that I may go back to.) I know I'll be working out about 6 days a week just because of our YMCA membership, my kids love going there and I have nothing else to do but work out Smile hehe. Also although my appetite has been unreal (a seriously nursing mom and expecting), I hope to stick to a high protein, great veggies and fruit type diet. I'd like to gain 25 to 30 lbs but hopefully for the last time, get back down my the same weight i've been my whole life. (It's a challenge every time!)

What a great idea for a thread!

That doesn't sound so bad! Fish is good for baby, and I'm pretty sure I read that fish sticks are low in mercury. Hope it was yummy.

what's your healthy habit plan for the day? Breakfast: Scottish oatmeal with milk, raisins and walnuts, OJ, and fruit salad; snack: grapes, pretzel sticks, granola bar; lunch: turkey meatloaf, baked sweet potatoes, steamed cauliflower, milk. I'm not sure what dinner will be, but perhaps just a PB&J, yogurt, and some fruit or salad.
how is your weight so far? I don't think it's changed yet.

Morning All Biggrin

What's your healthy habit plan for the day? Well we ended up going to a friends for dinner last night, we had lasagna with a chocolate cheesecake for dessert (nom nom nom). So far I've had a caramel tea this morning with a peice of toast with honey for breakfast. Will be out for lunch so will grab a sandwich and maybe a nice sweet treat Wink Dinner hasn't been planned yet as I didn't get to the supermarket yesterday so who knows!

How is your weight so far? I should really weigh myself, i'm guessing beween 2-4lbs gain already! I had been a bit naughty with the takeaways in the early days, now we are limiting it to once a week.

i've been having some major stomach issues the last two weeks. pretty much every day i'm getting diarrhea in the afternoon. it SUCKS. i'm afraid to go to the store in case i need to GO! ugh. so, i'm stuck just making whatever we have in the house right now.

i made homemade irish brown bread since i had all the ingredients here at home. i also have tuna and eggs so i'm going to make tunafish salad sandwiches tonight. i will make a little pasta too for the kiddo and dh. but the sandwich will be enough for me. maybe some pretzels as a snack.

no working out today. i did yesterday and today when thomas was napping i sat on the bowl when i wanted to be on the elliptical. ugh. gross.

I TOTALLY feel you. Partner and I are SO thrilled, but weren't planning on getting pregnant for another year or two.... and when I got pregnant, I had just found a weight loss/diet routine that really worked for me. I was 20 lbs gone and then I got a positive pregnancy test. SO I'd really like to not gain a billion pounds!

Nancy, do you suspect that your GI problems are caused by the prenatals? I had the same prblem with my fourth pregnancy and it got to the point of incontinence... I almost soiled myself once. My OB told me to stop taking prenatal vitamins and switch to Flinstone's.
That helped. If you suspect that maybe that's your problem, I would talk to your doctor.

hmm, i wonder if that is it. i'm going to skip taking it today and see what happens. i've only just been taking some generic CVS brand that i had leftover from my last pregnancy. never had problems with it before. but maybe the pregnancy is causing me to react differently. it's getting to be a real problem. i can't leave the house. the other day i was at the store and barely made it home. BARELY. it was awful. my first appt is monday so i'm going to talk to him about it. thanks for the suggestion!

Good morning all!

What's on the menu for today?
What kind of exercise will you be doing?

I'm going to answer both questions with the same answer - my stomach issues are still not better so i'm focusing more on that today. i DID have my coffee this morning which isn't smart but i need it to function. other than that i'm going to try to stick to eating bland foods to see if that helps. it's raining and cold and horrible today but i'm not sure i'd be looking to go out for a run anyway. wah. having a woe is me moment, don't mind me.

Nancy, your symptoms sound just like mine did that pregnancy ( which was a girl, BTW Wink ) I still don't take prenatals since that pregnancy. My OBs were always OK with that.
I try to eat Total cereal and lots of healthy food. The Flinstone's started to aggrevate my stomach too after awhile.

i skipped the prenatal yesterday and didn't have any stomach issues! i will talk to my doc on monday about it. maybe flinstones or something would suit me better.

Hi everyone!

How's everyone doing with their eating? I'm doing pretty well and sticking to basically the diabetic diet. I did, however, indulge in some cadbury mini eggs. they were delicious. i'm totally fine with that as i've been eating really well. i just have to make sure it's not a daily occurrence.

still haven't been exercising all that much due to my stomach issues. hoping it'll be solved soon so i can get out and run. oh, and the weather has been AWFUL so i wouldn't be able to run even if i wanted to. no way am i running in freezing rain. i did it all winter while training for the half and that was enough!

Healthy eating hasn't gone too well...but that changes now!!

Kind of..already bought steak for tonight, so having that mushrooms and new potatos, maybe some sweetcorn...thats not too bad eh?

Lunch I have left over pasta and broccoli...breakfast was sausage roll and chocolate crossant.
No more of that!!
Not with diabetes. Sad

Exercising is walking hyper dog round the fields twice a day and 3 hours of pulling suoermarket cages and traisping up and down aisles...oh and chasing the dog off the sofa for the rest of the day!!
LOL
xx

i think your dinner sounds great! it's all about eating protein along with your carbs. just go easy on the potatoes (they are my downfall, i could eat potatoes for breakfast, lunch and dinner!).

chocolate croissant sounds delicious! and hey, at least you had the sausage with it. that will help your blood sugar levels. sure, the sugary pastry isn't great but the added protein is! see, you are making smart choices already Smile

breakfast was some homemade irish brown bread and a hard boiled egg. i think i'm going to take DS to Wee Play today so we'll probably have lunch there. unfortunately that means pizza and crap like that but i may sneak my own lunch in there. maybe bring along another hard boiled egg. i love pizza but it's lent and friday so that means it's pizza night. i think i'm going to make it tonight - cheaper and i can put some veggies of my own on it!

Nancy, my prenatals were causing all sorts of nausea for me. I even switched brands. It didn't help. I now take two Flintstones Complete chewables every night. I feel like a brand new person and can actually eat. I hope it works for you.

Tonight's dinner is going to be baked chicken, broccoli casserole, and mashed potatoes (I'm craving them so bad). SO's mom is making dinner so I get to eat great without the cooking or clean up! She is the ultimate southern lady and is an AMAZING cook. I'm so excited about dinner!

I've tried to swap out my unhealthy cravings for SmartOnes or Lean Cuisines. Things like pizza, mac and cheese, pastas...Often times I get SO hungry that I can hardly wait for the microwave to cut off! I know frozen entrees have sodium however its better than ordering an entire cheese pizza from Papa John's and eating the whole thing myself. Smile

jen thanks for the advice about the flinstones vitamins! i think i'm going to try that. i took a prenatal this morning just to see if it really is the culprit. i took thomas to Wee Play this morning and we had to leave after an hour b/c i had to GO. the drive home was about 35 min and when i tell you i barely made it home, i BARELY made it home. i'm going to talk to the doc about flinstones and see what he says. knowing him he'll probably laugh at me but i can't be stuck at home all day everyday b/c i have the runs. gross.

your dinner tonight sounds great! we don't eat meat on fridays during lent so i'm having DH pick up pizza for himself and a big salad for me. DS and i will split a slice of pizza.

i wonder if the sodium in the frozen entrees could make you feel worse? what if you made a big batch of something and ate it for the rest of the week? like a big pasta dish with chicken and veg? something that can be easily heated?

we used to get papa john's when i was in college. i HATED it. haha! i suppose that's b/c i'm from the bronx and we are very picky about our pizza. though i will admit after a long night of, ehem, drinking...papa john's bread sticks and cheese sticks were AMAZING!

I should work on healthy habits Smile I gained 60lb easily with DS Evan. The bright side was I lost it (plus 10) with in 3 months of his birth with absolutely no effort LOL I was one of those lucky people who lost weight nursing by the day. But just the same it would be nice to stay around the 30 pound mark this go around. We have a treadmill now so I can do a lot of walking and on the days I don't work I try to -- I have to admit yesterday I was so tired I napped when Evan napped and today my mom came over. But tomorrow I'll get back on the treadmill wagon. I feel better if I do something and since it REFUSES to be spring here I'll walk inside.

Lunch is always my biggest problem. I HATE cooking. DH cooks here. At work I grab a salad and some soup at the cafe in our building but at home I end up with mac and cheese with the kiddo or picking at crap. I need to get some more steel cut oats b/c I really like those but I'm generally a bad lunch eater.

i've been eating alot of steel cut oats for lunch. put a drizzle of honey in it and a spoonful of peanut butter and mix! it's delicious, healthy, and VERY filling! i have to remember to make it BEFORE i'm starving though b/c i have the non-instant kind and it takes 10+ min to make it ;);)

Yup I love the non-instant Bob's Red Mill kind but you're right I have to make it when I'm not starving. I put some brown sugar (I don't like honey....never have) in mine. Evan LOVES it too so if I make one pot it will last the two of us a couple days Smile

oh see that is smart! i usually just make two servings at a time (both for me haha). does it microwave back up nice?

********************

i'm not going to take my prenatal today and hope that my stomach won't act up. we have a birthday party to go to this afternoon and i'd like to not be on the bowl the whole time. ugh.

might send DH out to go food shopping for me. i haven't been able to leave the house to shop in days and we need food!

I usually put a llittle extra milk in it when I micro it - it's not terrible. Best fresh but I don't mind it and it saves the time Smile

I should REALLY go work out and I have no energy

I spent an hour on the treadmill today Smile Did 3.8 miles - mostly walking. I'm not in great running shape I was just getting back in to running when I got my BFP and I don't want to push it and get really really winded so I run like 1/2 mile and walk the rest. But it felt good, I'm not as exhausted today. I probably won't get back on until Thurs when I don't work. Too hard to fit it in with work M,T,W.

Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday Smile

Well we had a nice healthy dinner of turkey burgers and sweet potatoes. But we had left over taco stuff in the fridge from last night so I made it in to nachos. They were FANNNNNTASTIC but so not healthy LOL

I am making crumbed chicken, with fries and corn on the cob for dinner tonight. Lunch was Mc D's and I had 2 pieces of peanut butter toast for breakfast today. Been snacking on nashi pears and raisins when i've felt hungry. Will prob have a bowl of jellytip icecream for dessert Wink

No out of the ordinary exercise today, just the usual chasing the child around the house and the stair climb at university Smile

yesterday i did really well until we started watching a movie after thomas went to bed. i wound up filling a cup with his cheez-its and just sat and noshed and noshed and noshed. i'm swollen from all the salt now!

i did do 36 min on the elliptical. was going to do 30 min but then figured i'd keep going til i burned 300 calories. i've been using my iphone to watch movies from my netflix queue to pass the time. i'm hoping to get on the elliptical today during naptime. i have my first doc's appt and am hoping that my first weigh in won't be up too much due to the amount of crap i ate yesterday!

i'm making crockpot chile verde pork tonight. going to serve it on tortillas with some cheese and sour cream. not exactly the healthiest meal but not too bad b/c i'll trim the fat off the pork, use just a little cheese and sour cream and the tortillas are whole wheat.

mmm..mcdonalds sounds great. i LOVE mcd's!! my go to order is the two cheeseburger meal Smile
