Just need to vent.

Im trying not to complain this pregnancy. After 3 horrible pregnancys I am trying to be as postitive as I possibly can but I am seriously not sure how many more days like the last 2 days I can take.I laid in my bed ALL day yesterday so ill I could hardly move.I threw up at least 15 times yesterday and was not able to keep anything down.My insurance company says I have to try 3 other meds this time before I can get the Zofran and I have to wait 1 week on each med before I can do onto the next.Today wasnt much better.I woke up at 5 am sick.Spent 4 hours throwing up almost non-stop.Finally managed to get a 1/4 of a bagel down and headed to the grocery store.10 minutes into my shopping trip for the week I had to leave the store from being too ill to even shop.Came home ate half a bagel and had to go lay down.I just hope I get a break my kids are coming home tommrow and being sick like this with 3 kids is not going to be fun.

Zofran is a generic now. I'd tell the insurance to stick it where the sun doesn't shine and pay out of pocket for it. I don't think its that expensive.

this is what I was going to suggest. If that is what the prescribes, what can you do?

It amazes me how ridiculous the inruance companies are. I wonder if they realize that in the end, they wind up paying for 4 prescriptions and multiple doctor visits/consultations.. when they could just pay for one prescription and one vist. Doesn't make any sense...
