Can I get an "ugh" up in here?
How is eating healthy, exercise and fitness going for all of you?
I seriously don't know how you fit BTDT Mamas do it. Walking, sure but I've got NO idea how I'll be able to get back into weight training, yoga classes or more serious cardio.
I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight, but I was overweight to begin with and I'm not sure how much fat nursing will melt off since I'm not a great producer of milk.
Any tips or insights?
