meal plan ideas ?

So every 2 weeks I have to come up with a meal plan so we know what we need to buy at the grocery store.. And I always come up with the same stuff every couple weeks. I was wondering if you ladies would help me out and give me some variety, but it has to be cheap and easy. I have a slow cooker if that helps Smile

Do any of you ladies do meal plans or just vaguely know what you are going to cook.

Hope you ladies can help me Smile

I always end up making the same crap every week lol, and I too have been looking for ways to spice things up! Honestly, I'm about to go check out www.foodnetwork.com, they have thousands of great recipe ideas!

on momswhothink.com they have menu plans. they have 8 wks of meals and 8 wks of healthy meals. They have tones of other recipes too, along with a slow cooker recipe section. I use that when I am in a slump. They also have 30 minute meals, 4-5 ingredient meals, etc check it out.

Ohh!!! Thanks for the website, it looks like it has some really great recipes, and I love that they come with pictures. For some reason if it doesn't have a picture I am less likely to make it.. Excited to look it over more Smile

I started using E-Mealz. They provide meal plans every week that correlate with what is on sale at my grocery store. You can pick regular, low fat, gluten free, low carb, portion control, etc. It does cost about $7 a month but they give you a grocery list and exact pricing of how much your groceries for each week will cost.

that sounds cool! I wish for just a simple grocery list, instead of skimming through ingredients.
