Trouble sleeping?

Anyone else having trouble sleeping at night? I can sleep during the day without a problem.I often find myself falling asleep if I am just sitting on the couch watching tv.At night though it is a problem.I am falling asleep without much trouble but an hour or 2 later I am awake to pee and often nausea kicks in and then I have a hard time sleeping after that.Last night I went to sleep at 9:45 and was awake at midnight. I tossed and turned until about 2 when I fell back to sleep until about 3:30 and was awake tossing and turning until 5.My little one decided he wanted to wake up at 6 and I finally started to doze back off about 6:45 when DBF called on his way to work.

Me too.
Not sure if its alarm clock aniexty too....but its worse if I nap in the afternoon because then I can't get to sleep straightaway.
but either way once asleep I'm awake at about midday to pee, then I wake at about 3am to pee or to toss and turn until I'm up at 5am.

Hoping to get straight to sleep tonight as didn't nap like i was going to.

So annoying!!

I was always waking up thinking I was getting sick and also peeing alot. Then I went on the Diclectin but could not function - it made me so sleepy. So I still take my night time dose to help sleep and with the nausea and it seems to work. Good luck - hope it gets better for you soon.

I am so tired all the time. At night i fall asleep immediately. Only to wake 400000 times a nigt. Vicious cycle. This seems to be setting off my asthma which i havent had a problem with since i was a teenager. Ugh

I am going through the same thing. I hate falling asleep only to wake up to pee 5 times every night!
