I'm starting tomorrow. I have sixty pounds or so to lose (I'll weigh in tomorrow and find out!!) but am going to concentrate on ten at a time. I don't have the cash to go yo meetings but I have all the literature and am ready to do this. Anyone care to join me? I can post daily health goals and we can
post if we did them. I'll make them easy and attainable. For example, eat three different colors of fruits and vegetables, exercise fifteen minutes, drink two liters of water etc. Maybe a daily habit? Mondays we work on one thing, Tuesdays another?
Anyways if there are three or four people interested I'll take charge to motivate you! It's not just limited to those wanting to lose, but to anyone wanting to be a bit healthier.
