What are you doing today?

I've got breakfast with friends then hoping dh will install the shelves and rods in the nursery closet, then I'll fill it up! then an hour or so of housework and more purging followed by a meeting at Mélodie's daycare. The entire basement has been primed and painted and only needs touch ups!! I'll post pics of the nursery when I'm all done if no one is tired of seeing them yet!

Nothin' wrong with pumping Biggrin Hope your little babes are doing well!

Today is just a boring day. DD has preschool this afternoon, so that's good for her. Maybe I can catch a nap during that since DS will be napping too. We rent out a basement suite in our house and are about to get new tenants, so I have a meeting tonight with them to sign the rental agreement.
DH is writing a 3 day test this week (to become a Chartered Accountant) so he is pretty stressed out. He will be sleeping in our empty basement suite for the whole week so he can get good rest and not be woken up by the kids too early or in the middle of the night! He needs to keep his focus. I do enjoy having the bed to myself though! I'm not a snuggler Wink

Aww! That's no fun, but at least you're home. By any chance is there a Ronald Mc Donald house near the hospital? My sister stayed at one when her son was in the NICU an hour away when he was born at 25 weeks. They didn't charge her at all. It was a big support for her, as she could park at the RMD house and walk to the hospital too. *hugs*

Lets see--today I have: gone to the store and ordered babygirl's furniture; taken Jack to the playground; fed both of us lunch; pricked my fingers once (twice once I am done typing this); folded two or three loads of laundry; washed another load; picked up a bit; thought about dinner; took a nap; worked on business stuff. Tomorrow we may go to a friend's house so Jack can play with her kids who are 3 and 2 and I can oooh and ahhh over her 2 month old and have adult conversation. Thursday is going to be a "washout" weather wise, so I may take Jack to the indoor play place in the morning to burn some energy. exciting times.

Sad I can't even imagine trying to run a household, watch a 10 month old, and be 7 months pregnant!!! Hang in there!!!!!!!

DD is at preschool now and DS is napping. Shall I nap too.........or do the dishes??????

There isn't a Ronald McDonald house at this nicu, thankfully my boys are not needing to get transfered to the hospital 3 hours away that does have it

I'm sorry you are having to make the drive daily - but I'm also thankful your boys are stable Biggrin

I'm trying to get some work-work done

Prenatal water aerobics at 6!

And hopefully going above and beyond the usual housework. I'm going to need to purge EVEN MORE in order to store LO's things. SIGH.

I had my mw appointment this morning, all's well and Aubrey is head down Yahoo

We went to playgroup afterwards and I was given a huge bag of maternity clothing, I was getting worried since I'm continuing to grow out of my wardrobe. There is lots of pants/jeans/tops and some swimwear!
