what are you eating?

What are you all eating for snacks, breakfasts and lunches? Anyone else finding it hard to want much heavy protein or big meals in this heat?

I'm eating a LOT of plain yogurt with honey and coconut granola.

Hummus with apples and carrots.

String cheese.

Greek salad.

And that is about it, lol.

Everything I can get my hands on, lol. Extreme hunger has kicked in.
I guess I am mostly craving yogurt & cheese these days. I craved dairy all the time my last 2 pregnancies, and both of my boys were born with dairy allergies. Hopefully my girl doesn't have that cause I hate giving up dairy!

WATERMELON!!! Lots of peaches, nectarines and honeydew as well. Dried mangos from Trader Joes (unsweetened...they're the best!)

On the naughty side, I enjoy a honedew blended drink from the Coffee Bean, and any kind of taco I can find! LOL!

I've been eating steel cut oats in the morning b/c I wanted to drop the bagel I was indulging in....SCO with a little brown sugar and fresh blueberries and bananas is better for me. Lunch is anything from PBJ to chicken salad to soup. Yogurt with more blueberries is a favorite snack. Pretzels. Taco/burritos/tex-mex Mmm Smile And we have had ice cream around the house when I'm feeling weak LOL

Geez Jasmine, I wish I could eat as healthy as you are! You probably haven't gained much weight at all with that diet! I have to admit I've been bad... I'm having a hard time during down indulgences! What can I say, baby has a sweet tooth lol! Really though, I normally have a bowl of cereal, oatmean, or pb toast for breakfast, soup, tuna and crackers, or lean pockets for lunch, and then whatever DH wants for dinner. I've been really good at not buying any sweets at the grocery store because I know that's all I crave at home. I did break down last week and buy some pecan sandies cookies... the baby made me do it!

I feel like I eat too much junk. My weight seems to fluctuate a tad, but I'm up between 6-8? was overweight to begin with, though.

Tamara, I'm definitely going to check out those dried mangos Biggrin

Justine, sorry about your boys and their allergies! Have you tried them on raw milk? I'm not sure what we're doing with our LO and food allergen foods. His Dad and I don't do well with gluten.

I eat a lot of fruit and then normal dinners that I ate before, chicken, rice, veggies, hamburger helper. The very odd time we eat out but not very often.

I love having smoothies but we are currently out of yogurt Sad
