I am finding it so hard not to break in to my freezer stash!!!!! I have tons of turkey soup, sloppy joes, and some casseroles in the freezer, and every day I am so tempted to just start eating it all. And then have none left for after baby comes
So, I was proactive today and just got dinner in the crockpot. I'm making BBQ chicken in the slow cooker, then I'll do some rice up at dinner time to serve it with. Maybe some steamed broccoli too......kind of craving broccoli today. DH just started eating vegetarian last month (he wants to try it for a full year, try and improve his cholesterol) and my kids are pretty picky, so it'll likely just be me eating it! Which seems silly I guess, but at least this way there'll be enough for me to eat a good 3-4 meals out of it! Plus DH made a big batch of vegetarian chili on Saturday so he's set for supper tonight anyways.
Anyone else got something yummy in mind for tonight?
