<{Movie Reviews}> QOTW 2/27

This weekend we had family movie day where we stay in and watch movies alllll day. It got me thinking about a new QOTW.

What was the last movie you saw and what did you think of it? How many stars does it rate in your book?

DH and I just saw The Descendants on Friday. I'd give it a 4.5/5 stars. It was good, but a little long and slow.

Last movie would be Puss In Boots. Ok. Kid movie, I know, but it was cute and hilarious! I give it 5 stars for sure. That's one we'll be buying.

Tasha, I was hoping a horror lover would post. Smile Have you seen Insidious? I really wanna see that, but no one likes horror but me in my family.

Marie- I love horror movies, especially paranormal types. Insidious was pretty good IMO!

I just went on a date with DS2 on Sat and saw The Secret World of Arriety. It was okay. A little slow at times. I'd give it 2.5 stars. Went on a date with DS1 to see Journey 2 last weekend. He really liked it but I thought it was corny. Some of the special effects were neat though (we didn't see it in 3D).

Thanks Katie! I might just need to check that out. It was in my hand....... but I put it back.

Belinda, have you seen any 3D movies? I *just* saw one a few months ago and it was ah-maz-ing. So cool what they can do.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes? Right? Awesome! I LOVED that. My hubby just watched Cowboys and Aliens but I didn't get too. I really wanted to though.

I feel lame, it's been so long since I have watched a new movie that I can't remember what it was that I watched  It might have something to do with my capability of falling asleep as soon as a movie goes in though.

I guess I'm lame too. The last movie I saw was Happy Feet 2, and none of us loved it. We RedBox on occasion, but I'm just not a movie person, unless I have a sewing project that needs handsewing. That's the only time I can handle sitting on the couch for hours watching a movie!
