Hmm that's hard for me because we really don't have any places to shop in town... so I guess I would say Amazon Wink I do a lot of window shopping on there!

What is an item that you are dying to by for the baby?

lol. I'm actually on amazon right now because they are having a baby sale and I just wanted to see what they have... I just saw this and am now thinking that I really need it Wink

With how little our babies tend to be (my biggest was 6lbs and 18.5 inches... all 3 have come home in preemie clothes) we tend to need stuff to put around them. In the past I used blankets, but with DD being so helpful, and us needing to have the baby's seat in the car right next to her's so the boys will be able to get in the back, I'm nervous about having blankets she can pull out and cover the baby's face with. I thought that this would be good for helping the baby be snug, and safe... since just a head support tends not to be enough for our small fries Wink

How big have your babies been? or, if this is your first, how big were you and DH at birth?

Kostas was 8lbs 8oz 19 inches born on his due date. Sooo chubby lol (He did't even fit in the newborn diapers... weird.) I was 7lbs 1oz at 42 weeks and DH was 8lbs 3oz born at 37 weeks. I will be curious to see how big or small this baby is at birth.

Do you use stretch mark "prevention" lotions and creams or just go with the flow?

I tried lotions with my first, didnt do anything... and, with each of my pregnancies I have one that has grown and is now is looking at wrapping around my belly button... I also have a few on my sides. Luckily mine do fade, but I can still feel them a little bit. I have no illusions this time around... I know I will get some more. After this time around I will have 4 kids, so these are my badges of honor Wink

Do you have any pets? If so, what kind, and names?

Just one. My furry sweetie Aurora, who is in my siggie pic with Kostas. She is about 1.5 y/o and a yellow lab. I love her but she can be exhausting sometimes LOL. She is a great running buddy though, which rocks since my DH will nevvvver go running with me!

Yes, I found a mini pack n play at a gsale that will fit better in our room than the big one we have now, also some receiving blankets (both boy and girl) and a fuzy blue blanket at a couple of garage sales. DH bought the baby a stuffed giraffe and new born sleeper the day we found out that we were expecting... Oh, also, an infant car seat... also at a garage sale... new, really good shape, and really good deal Smile

What projects do you have on your list to do before your baby(s) make there debut?

A lot of projects! We need to rearrange all the kids rooms, and repaint over what the previous owners did. We need to refurbish our crib a little. The crib was built by my dad before I was born and used on me plus my 4 siblings. And now it's been used on my 4 kids, so it could use a little work! I also have a TON of sewing I want to do for the baby....can't wait until next week when we find out the gender!!

Do you decide on a name during pregnancy, or keep a running list and wait until the baby is born?

We always name our kids before hand. I like having something to call the baby rather than it lol. Though, this time around we are having a really hard time agreeing on a name... Hoping that changes once we find out the baby's sex Smile

Hmm, if I could change one thing about my life it would be to be done once and for all with my weight issues.

Where do you plan to give birth? (home, hospital, birth center etc)

At the same hospital my other 3 were born at. I really like it and have had great experiences there.

I am kinda afraid that I am after swearing that I heard 2 hb's last week. Hoping my doc can clear that up tomorrow.

Let's see... Spain, Italy, Greece, France, England, Belize, Australia, China, and the rest of the states I've never visited. I have only ever left the US twice (Canada and Japan). I have a lot of traveling to do! Smile

Are you planning to find out the gender? Have you ever not found out in previous pregnancies?

Do you have a "theme" picked out for babies nursery?

no theme for the nursery. we are planning to use a mini-cosleeper for the first few months so i am not sure if we will even decorate a nursery or not. in fact...we are hoping to have our two children share a room. may not be possible when they are so young but we thought we would try it out. if they are constantly waking each other up, we'll move the baby to his/her own space.
i had so much fun decorating my son's room but we did not have a theme then either. i used a lot of primary colors though. Smile

question--have you felt the baby move yet?
(p.s. i have!)

I have! I can feel little wiggles. I only feel them at time when I am being still and in a quiet place. Otherwise I would easily miss them. It makes my day!

How long to do you plan/hope to breastfeed for (if you plan to)?

Oops, we must have posted at the same time.

I would probably be in a panic about the name I had picked out LOL. Otherwise I think it would be alright, just take a couple minutes to adjust mentally to the switch.

I hope to BF for a year, but more realistically (based on my experience BFing my other 3) it will be more like 6-7 months.

Will you go back to work after baby or stay home?

I have 6 months of maternity leave so I will be going back to work in my Preschool classroom when baby is about 6 months old. Thankfully the baby will be in the nursery in the building so I can pop over and nurse at lunch time or other times.

Do you have a gut feeling as to the gender of this babe? (if you haven't found out already) Or if you have found out did you have a gut feeling prior to finding out?

My gut has said girl from the beginning. We shall see what my 20 week ultrasound says. I'm seriously anxious after my US yesterday... seeing something but not for sure what we saw lol

Have you read any of the twilight, hunger games, or 50 shades of grey?

I have read them all! Smile I'm not a big fan of the Twilight books (don't flame me please! LOL). I loved the Hunger Games books, I've read the whole series twice! And the Shades of Grey books... woah! Hot hot hot! Thoroughly enjoyed those too Wink

I love Big Brother! I can't wait until July. It's so silly and drama-filled, but it brings back good memories of being a new mom and the short time I only had one baby (he was born at the end of June and that was the first summer DH and I watched it).

How do you plan to lose the baby weight? Let it happen naturally or go full-swing with a serious exercise routine?

I mentioned it in the WWTLTY thread, but I plan on joining weight watchers as soon as I can. Thats how I got back down to my pre any baby weight for the first time, after having DD was born. Then, when I get the ok from the Doc and my body, I hope to find some sort of water arrobics or something. Its really hard for me to find a workout I can do. After DD I tried cardio kick boxing... just didnt hit things or kick things... and I ended up with a stress fracture in my pelvis Sad

Birth boards seem to fade off after baby is born but it'd be so cool to all keep in touch and maybe join a little weight loss support group together!!!

As for my question: NO i do NOT dress up for halloween. Unless I'm in a gown @ the hospital this year.haha. I hate dressing uP!!
I have a little pumpkin hat saved from DS that I figured I'll put on the baby if it dare comes in October! hehe

Question: Do you eat healthier or worse when your pregnant?

This pregnancy is definitely healthier. I'm craving a lot more sweet stuff but not sugary stuff, mostly raisins and apples. Last pregnancy I craved big Macs. Are you hoping for a specific gender?

I'm kinda hoping for another girl, because I LOVE to sew and I have sooooo many adorable handmade outfits that I've made for my older daughters. I would love to see them pulled out and used again. BUT...at the same time, I'm hoping it's a boy so that I can challenge myself to sew freakin' awesome boy clothes! Boys are hard to sew for though!!

Are you keeping your current car or upgrading to something more family friendly before the baby comes?

We just bought a new to us van when I was pregnant with DD. In the next couple of years or so we will need to replace DH's vehical. We really can only fit 2 car seats in there comfortably, thought we can sqwish 3 in there. I am so nervous about something happening to he Van and not being able to go any where... and what challenges it will present with me haivng to fairy the kids to and from school, events, drs, etc while DH is at work.

I always imagined myself in a suit in a big fancy office making tons of money. Smile I got my Bachelor's in Business Administration, had one job after college, then started popping out babies! I'm not sure what I want to do once the kids are all in school. My current interests are much different than being a big wig now. So I'm sure they will change again in the next 5 years.

Oh yeah... question: What color besides pink or blue would you paint the nursery?
