If they dont hurt, they arent "timeable", and you arent feeling extra pressure with them, then they shouldnt be anything to worry about. I know what I am having arent just BH's because of the pain in my back, around my ribs, and down below.... also, they have been as close together as 12 min. Try drinking more water, and getting your feet up when you feel them (if you can). If they get worse, or you start having other syptoms, I would def. go in. Either way, def. mention it to your doc at your next appt, just to see what they say

Yeah I have been getting BH I would say at least on a daily basis but they aren't painful just uncomfortable. So I'm sure everything is ok. Its more of an annoyance, especially when you are walking around and you start getting them and its just a pain in the butt.

I'm getting them, too. Usually at least a couple a day. Last week, I had at least 5 in one hour, but laying down, drinking some water, and getting some rest helped them ease up. But I'm definitely taking notice of these more and more. My body is getting in a lot of practice early with this one!!

Yeah my body is getting some early practice as well. I don't remember getting BH with my DD till I was close to my due date. I think I've actually had a few real contractions today because I was getting the tightening in my belly but period like cramps along with it.

I started getting them a couple months ago which seemed very early to me, but I my OB said they are normal. She said many women who are BTDT moms feel them more in their subsequent pregnancies than they did in their 1st. I can't remember ever feeling them in my 1st. I never knew what people were talking about when they talked about a BH. I always wondered why I didn't have them. I am not really fond of them now. They are uncomfortable. Not painful, but just annoying.

yeah, they don't hurt but are annoying. i will talk to my midwife about them. everything makes me a bit paranoid because i had a complication during my first pregnancy, my water broke at 28 weeks. so...i worry about the braxton hicks even though they are normal.

I completely understand. With my history of PTL, as well as early babies, and DD having low amniotic fluid, its hard not to stand up and take notice when things start to happen
