Challenges due to health

Is anybody here facing any challenges as they enter motherhood, due to a health condition?

I suffer from spastic diplegia, seizures and multiple sclerosis.

I have OI type IV... and although it doesnt effect me nearly the way yours does, there is always a 50/50 chance that my babies will have it. So, I am considered higher risk during my pregnancy, get extra ultrasounds to watch the baby's growth, etc. Also, I have a history of pre term contractions, so that adds to the excitement. Also, because of my size, I cant deliver bigger babies. Luckily, so far, my body hasnt made a baby bigger than 6lbs... well, and my doc induced me when DS1 measured that big via ultrasound.

Because of the OI I have more issues with my convective tissues, making things more uncomfortable... also, I am at a higher risk for bleeding issues after I give birth...

But, like I said, no where NEAR the challenges you face Sad

I've been having issues swallowing and no one can seem to figure out why. Started about 2-3 months before pregnancy and no they can't do the tests they need till I give birth is what they're saying Sad
