Wow, it's hard to believe we're at the point where our doctors wouldn't stop labor! It's getting so close![]()

Well ended up at the hospital again. They gave me a new script to pick up in the morning. But as i was leaving the nurse was like make sure you get into your Dr asap your fluid levels are low. Not low enough to keep me apparently. I'm hoping they can squeeze me in tomorrow cause i don't want to wait till Friday or see that midwife again.
How are you feeling today? Did you get your new Rx? I hope your Dr actually does something today to help you! Gees you would think they would let you come in if you were having contractions even if you are about 37 weeks. Like Robin said, did they say why they didn't call your OB when you when to the hospital? Was it because they were focused more on the cough than the baby? I hope it wasn't just plain laziness on their part.
I'm haven't got my new rx yet cause of insurance issued but i did get into my doc today. They did an u/s and said fluid was ok but was concerned with movement and his lungs so she sent me back to the hospital. They monitored the baby and his hb was definitely low but they said it looked ok and they did an u/s and they said he is just fine and sent me on my way...grrr i am so fed up.
What is the fluid level at? Mine was at a 9 last week and the doc said that they just like to see it above 6? With DD i was induced because of low amnio, but i am blanking on what hers really was. I would talk to your doctor about doing nsts and monitoring the flid levels once a week (thats what they did wwith me with DD from 34 weeks till they induced me at 36.5 weeks).
