Do your heels hurt?

My heels hurt, no matter what I'm wearing, no matter if its the most comfortable pair of shoes or barefeet or high heels which I try not to wear just cause of the klutz factor. Anyone else?

my feet hurt when i first wake up in the morning and put them on the ground - they feel sore for a while -- you know what else really hurts late at night after i'm sleeping for a while and for a while when i wake up? MY HANDS!!! In the middle of the night and very early morning my hands get so sore and begin to get pins and needles... i have to actually get up so my hands are able to hang and i can shake them out -- then they hurt for about an hour or 2 in the morning.

Im guessing it has to do with fluid retention and your ligaments (same with the hand issues). Nothing giving birth wont cure Wink

Risstopher, thats carpal tunnel. I've had that going on since around week 16... Does your job involve a lot of typing?

Kier, I've defintely got fluid retention going on in the feet. Yesterday when I got home I noticed my right foot was significantly more swollen than my left and my left shoes are all too tight too.... Oh goody!

I live in a pair of ugly croc sandals. My feet hurt unless I'm wearing them. I put them on when I get out of bed and don't take them off till I climb into bed at night! We have wood laminate floors everywhere but the bedrooms here and those just KILL my feet right now. I've had no swelling or anything. Just pregnancy feet that demand ugly shoes.

my job did, but i'm not working anymore - i stopped working when i first got pregnant because there were chemical/solvent usage in my area of work and the refused to relocate me - so since march i've been home Sad

i spend some time on the computer at home, and i have this problem where i touch my hair constantly and sometimes by the end of the day (even before i was pregnant) my hands would be achy from it but now it's just worse to the point where like i said it wakes me up in the middle of the night.

My feet hurt when I first get up in the morning too. It doesn't last long. I also have no swelling. I always wondered why they hurt first thing in the morning....

your calves may also be tight--i've noticed that leads to sore heals for me. i don't know how you can stretch them with a pregnant belly though! ugh!

Today they hurt a little less but I've been pampering them more the past few days, less walking, less standing... Trying anyways.
