So far what is so exciting is that my Baby Shower is this Saturday, the 13th!!!!!!!!! that makes it feel SO CLOSE, just knowing that she is coming next month, the fact that i have my last sonogram scheduled for Wednesday, Oct 17 (CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HER AGAIN!!!), and today i recieved a gift in the mail from someone who can't make the shower, so that was exciting!
after the shower i'll be super excited to get all of her things washed and really set up the rest of her room! =') still feeling her move a lot is also always exciting. i can't help but think about that moment that i am going to hear her first cry, it makes me tear up every time i think about it!
I am excited for my baby shower too! I am actually having one at work and then one that my mom and aunt are throwing me. I feel so blessed to even be getting a shower since this is my 2nd baby, but I seriously don't have much left from when DS was born since he's 6 now.
I am also excited to just meet this little guy. I want to see what he looks like, hold him, kiss him, nurse him, be his mommy. :)
I know this is sort of silly since it involves changing diapers, but I am also excited about cloth diapering. I didn't do it with DS so this is our 1st time. I have been buying lots of different kinds to try and I can't wait to put them to use. I might be addicted for real!
I am so excited that Im getting to the point that its ok to deliver. Obviously, the longer wee dude is on the better, but its going to be a huge relief next week when I dont have to worry so much. When I can get up and do things, and dont have to pay so much attention to how many contractions im having till they are consistantly the intense, stop and breathe, active labor type. Also excited to get more done atlround here. When I can base what I can and can not do on my own pain tolarance instead of if there is pain at all... If that makes any sense.
I am super excited that wee dude is looking so good. Yeah, hes not as active as he could or used to be, but hes doing what he needs to do, and is ok.
I am happy that this place is starting to feel like home. Theres still a ton to do, but its definitly feeling more settled. Also, I am so happy that DS1 likes his school and is settling in there so well. He was actually upset that he had to leave early yesterday so I could take him to my sister's while i went to my ob appt. DS2 is also warming up to his new school, and we are all adjusting to the new routine :-)
I am really enjoying living closer to my sister. I love being able to see my niece and nephew more often, andlove that we are able to each watch the others kids, hang out, and olso on. Dont know what i would do without her. I am aldo closer to my other sister now, buthavent been able to see her much yet. She just emailed me this morning to tell me that shes pregnant again (this will be her 2nd) and I so can not wait to get her addicted to PO lol.
I'm trying wool diaper covers this time which really excites me. Some of these things are sooooo cute. Today I got a pair of wool longies for my son in the mail. :lol:
I'm also excited that I'm so close to finishing the nursery! I just need to break down and order a new crib mattress at some point (DS's has been moved a few times and has some discoloration that concerns me so it won't be used again).
I am just SO excited to see what this baby is!! I'm also excited to have DH home with us for a while :)
Sam is over 7 pounds as of last night so tht is my big excitement.
I am excited (and nervous) as we get closer to his due date and hopefully that means we can spring him from the NICU but they haven't really said anything about it. They did ask if we have a car seat so that is a step in the right direction

I'm super excited to see this little guy wearing all the clothes I made him. And laying on the blankets and quilts. I have a drawers full of handmade stuff...I can't wait to see it all get used, washed and rotated through!!
