Is anyone trying to get some workouts in? I'm a runner but the last few distance runs I did I started to cramp real bad so I toned it down and stick with a walk run for now. I'm signed up for a mud run in 2 weeks so doing more strength and toning. sucks cause running was my meditation. I got a dvd from Leslie Brin from Moms into fitness and it has a dvd for each trimester and a boot camp post natal. It's a little too easy for me but I love the toning and weight exercises. I use to have fit mama for my last pg but I let a friend borrow it and never got it back. I really liked that one. May try to find it used for real cheap. Just wondering what everyone is doing.
