first I was like grr... then I was like errr.. now I'm like ahhh.

After my nap to day (my hubby let me lay down when he got home... he took the kids outside to play so I could rest) I got the sudden urge that I HAD to hear the baby's heart beat. I had packed the jelly to take with me for the weekend up at my sisters, but had forgotten my doppler. So, I was rushing around looking for the bag that the jelly had been in, but of course couldnt find it ANY WHERE (grr). So, I went out to the van, still couldnt find it... my hubby looked, and still couldnt find it.

Then, I just gave up and found some aloe jelly. I went upstairs to lay on my bed only to be followed by my 3 year old. He had been drawing in his room, but once he saw what was in my hand he wanted to listen to his baby too (he has 1 in his belly too lol). I layed down and he kept jumping all over (err). He finally laid down next to me and we got situated.

I was so relieved to find the baby's heart beat after some searching. I didnt get a really good reading, but it was so great to hear the heart beat (ahhh). I even heard the baby kick a couple of times :love1: I am still convinced that the placenta must be anterior. With my boys the Dr was always so easy to find their heart beats easily. With DD it was harder for the Dr to find her HB since her placenta was more on the front. This time, its even more of a search for the Dr. And, the baby seems to like to move away from the doppler and hide.

But, now that I have heard the HB I am feeling more calm, and happy. I must of had a strange dream or something... I dont know, but it made me feel better to hear sqwirt Smile

I have heard it at the Dr before. Ive just had a really hard time finding it well at home. Today it was still harder to find, but once I did it was easier to keep hearing it for a bit Smile
