    Default Getting dizzy

Tonight I was sitting here, watching a movie with my husband when all of a sudden I got really dizzy... like my head was spinning. With my last 3 pregnancies it happened when I was dehydrated or needed to eat... or if I got up too fast. I know its not that I'm dehydrated because I have a glass of water in my hand, I also know that its not that I'm hungry because I'm stuffed... and, like I said, I'm sitting... But, yet, I'm dizzy... anyone else have this? what caused it? What did you find that helped?

I've gotten dizzy the last few days too. Once I was out to eat with family and I felt like I was falling over really fast. I was just sitting in the booth. It was a little alarming. Hopefully this won't last long for us. I've tried to drink more water and take things easy.

Hopefully. I just get nervous about what happens if I get dizzy coming down the stairs. I fell carrying my daughter back in feb. Luckily I took most of the impact from the fall (we both have Osteogenesis Imperfecta). Luckily I kept a hold of her till the last step, so all she got was a couple of bruises and bumps, but it really messed up my back. Thankfully nothing broke for either of us, but still scary. I couldnt imagine what would happen if I fell now...

    *lurker*
I had this happen a few weeks ago. It started one evening, and carried on into the morning. After ruling out blood pressure, blood sugar, hunger, and dehydration, I got an adjustment at a chiropractor. Still no idea what was causing it, but I got immediate relief, and haven't had any problems since.
Being dizzy is such an awful feeling. I hope you find something that helps!

I get that way too if I stand up too fast or if I am taking a hot shower! I just have to sit down and put my head in between my legs for a min! I stopped going to the chiro because both times I let her adjust my lower back I started bleeding!

I feel on my stairs almost a year ago and my tailbone pain is horrible! I cant sit on my butt for more than 15 mins if I am lucky! The doc did a CT scan and everything but there was no fracture. The only thing that was beg to help was the chiro and then I got preggers and now I am going to wait until after 12 weeks to go back!
