So ultrasound went great! Still a boy! And he seems perfect so far! But....I have placenta previa. Which is weird, I had it with my first born, my son. Wonder what the chances are of having it twice. So happy to have a healthy baby this far. Also my blood work for chromosome abnormalities ( I forget what the test is called and they had thought I was 35 and ordered them, then said I didn't need them, but I had already had the lab work done so went for it) came back negative andlooks good. So a good appointment all around other than the PP part. So have to keep it easy as it is difficult for the placenta to move when you have had multiple c sections. We shall see.![]()
Glad he's still a he!![]()
Sorry I don't remember, but are you planning a repeat c/s? I do hope your placenta moves for you. Thankfully most times it does. It is great that they noticed that. There was a girl on DS's BB who lost her first LO due to that - no one noticed despite a couple of ultrasounds.![]()

@Tiffany- same due date, both boys and we have the same name!
I'm a repeat csection, I can't have babies vaginally because of the shape of my bone. Babies can't pass thru unless they are very very small (so Dr. said after DS was born). I hope the previa moves too but I've read that the scar tissue from repeat c sections usually causes them not to move. So we shall see, on the good side, I gets more ultrasound pics! That is scary that a lady lost her baby. I hear that is rare for that to happen. I ws put on bed rest with DS in the 3rd tri. Well not bed rest but to take it extremely easy but then it did move to low lying. I just wanted to exercise more but have to watch that. I"m happy he is a boy, I secretly did want a girl but seeing him and feeling him, I"m in love!!!!
I have the same bone issues and also have to have c-sections (found out the hard way with my 1st DD!). I had placenta previa with my last pregnancy, 4th child, 3rd c-section, and it moved just fine. I never had any problems! Hopefully it will be the same way for you!
