Hazelwood Experiment...

I was diagnosed with horrible acid reflux about a year and a half ago, and ever since, I have been trying every-thing possible to try to lessen it.

I bought a hazelwood bracelet on March 25th (during the day) before finding out I was pregnant (I found out at about 8 p.m) and I'm sure it does not work right away.

On Monday and Tuesday I was nauseated and had heartburn...I was sitting around thinking today "Hey, I haven't been nauseated since then, even with this bad cold I have" (The Dr. said it isn't strep but I feel like I'm swallowing razorblades....)

Anyways, I was reading the benefits online, and it mentions morning sickness... I'm now wondering if that is why I haven't had any? (I'm still freaking out over the possibility of m/c, even though for the most part I have all kinds of signs and symptoms -- I guess to me the main one has always been puking in the mornings...)

I took my bracelet off and I am leaving it off until Saturday morning and doing a little experiment. I'm really wondering if that could really be working for that! (Wouldn't that be great???)

Hmmm, interesting! We are big believers in the baltic amber teething necklaces. I've always wanted to try the hazelwood, and I would give anything to ease up my MS! I've already puked 2x today! Blah!

Keep us posted on how the experiment goes!

I definitely will.. It's been off for about 2 hours now and my stomach is starting to get a tad knotty... We'll see what tomorrow brings!

I started using seabands today, omg....I feel like a new woman!!! I am in love with these things, it is the first normal day that i have had in like a week. I have been able to go visiting, went to the mall, did grocery shopping, cooked a 3 course meal and put the kids to bed no problems. Such a change from barely being able to get out of bed!!

I am so in love with these things!!

Oh awesome. Sadly, I'll just have to deal with puking a chicken soup looking substance for the next couple of weeks.
Although, I'm thinking of heading to a clinic on Tuesday and asking for some dyclectin (sp.) for it. I'm not sure if I can get that from any clinic doctor or if I should see my primary care practitioner for it?
