I would bring that up at your appt or if they keep up. I have some weird things this time around too. More pains and sometimes what I think is like a BH. But now I started getting my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel with a vengeance this week ( already ....WTH!!!!) like I had with my first. I am only just over 16 weeks. If I hadn't already had a US I wold definitely think I was further along or twins.
Thank you for mentioning that cause my hands are numb too and I was thinking I was nuts. Probably also pregnancy induced carpal tunnel... This pregnancy is so different I can't get over it. I know they say every one is different but I had no idea, HOW different it owuld be.
((hugs)) Definitely stuff to bring up and keep an eye on. No BH yet at all. I only got them when I was sick in the 3rd tri with DS.

I had a few at 14 Weeks this time around. Since then I have increased my water intake a lot, as well as resting and getting off my feet more, and I havent noticed any since that wrekend. I do have a history of preterm contractions, so for me, it means really keeping an eye on things.
When I had a tummy bug and needed fluids because I was so dehydrated, I was having painful BH. When I had about 500ml of fluid in me they just stopped. I haven't had any since....
Are you dehydrated or not eating enough? The drs did seem to think it was normal but I would definitely bring it up!!
drink a ton of water today (100 oz) and make sure you are getting at least 5 servings of calcium. milk is your friend. if you don't like milk, add some chocolate syrup. my midwife suggested this and my leg cramps disappeared. also, the braxton hicks cramping can start when you are dehydrated--not sure where you live but maybe the heat is playing a role? good luck!
i also had braxton hicks around 14 weeks or so and my midwife told me to do the above. i haven't had them since.
I mentioned this in the other thread, but I am guessing I am having another girl. Only had it with my girl and not my boy. Now you are saying this time you are getting it but not with your son? HMMMM, maybe a girl for you?! Will be interesting to find out!
I would also increase your water intake and see if that helps, good luck and hope your doc has some answers!
