Thread: i don't know what to do and i hate being annoying

Glad to hear the back pain has improved. Hopefully that's a sign that the baby is facing better now.

I know how you feel. My doctor, midwife, and doula all scolded me for not calling at 1am a couple of weeks ago when I had 2 hours of contractions 3 minutes apart that I had to breathe through. But... I've had so many episodes of BHs, and it was the middle of the night, and how on earth am I supposed to know if that was the real thing?? It felt just like it did when I was in labor with DD, but according to the u/s they did the next day there was absolutely no dilation or effacement. I hate to be the mom who cried wolf. :P

But you're further along than I am. Calling is probably the right thing to do. I hope you get some relief from that cold!
