I got a reminder today as to why I want more kids!
I haven't actually thrown up in a few days, just felt super nauseous, so I thought the worst had past. I guess I was wrong! I was sitting on the couch watching a movie with DS when I bolted from the room and lost my lunch to the porcelain throne. DS followed me in and patted my back between heaves, then brought me a glass of water. My 5 year old is growing up! Oddly it's one of the sweetest moments I've had with DS, and one I'll probably never forget. ... and of course DH napped through the whole thing.
What a thoughtful little man you've raised-such a sweet nurturer. He's going to make one lucky woman very happy later on down the road.
Aww! What a sweet boy!

That is so sweet! Kostas is really sweet to me when I'm feeling particularly bad too. He will see me looking green around the gills and go get my ice water for me and say "Here Mommy, drink this so you don't get sick."
Mama to Kostas with the Mostest, born 07/10/07

My step daughter was over this weekend -- her response to hearing me puke was "that's so gross" and she then gagged herself to puke. I was so mad. lol

Aww!! I love little moments like that...
Yesterday at breakfast brody came and hugged my stomach, and I put my arm around him and he said "no mom, I'm just hugging the baby right now"... was pretty sweet! haha.. or when he randomly just walks up and sees my belly and rubs it.. makes it seem a lot more real!!
